Staff was really friendly especially the lady that worked in the morning. She was fantastic and definitely made an impression.

Nice quiet street next to lots of food and shopping. The staff was great, very helpful and gracious. Lots of options for rooms and prices which was unexpected.

Unfortunately the handicap pool lift was not working so no swimming for us.

Sofa had a deep sag in the middle, bed had very hard spots in my ribs, tub shower drain was plugged, A/C unit was so loud I shut it off and opened a window, breakfast area floor was sticky and they charged $10 for parking. None of the other comparable hotels in the area charge for parking. I will return to Hilton properties. ,

At best, it was nice there was a microwave and a decent size microfridge in the room.

Cleanliness, was horrible. There where hairs all around the bathroom (clearly not ours), questionable and gross stains on the "trundle couch" pull out bed as well as sticky floor in the bathroom, someone else's hair ties found on the closet floor and on the floor near the tv dresser. This was clearly not vacuumed or cleaned to any standards other than MINIMAL at best. AND for the $$$ spent (which Marriott/Springhill Suites jacked up the prices because of Easter Weekend...they should be ashamed.) So disgusted...I would NEVER entertain booking here again. I would expect at LEAST a little better from a Marriott property.

This hotel was comfortable and the staff beyond friendly, our family enjoyed our stay.

The complimentary breakfast was ok. They do offer a few options, the eggs you could pass on. They get watery at they sit in the steam dish. The oatmeal bar has a great variety. They rooms are set up in an oval shape which makes the closet hard to get to. The water pressure was very bad. Our son was able to hook Up the Wi-Fi fairly easy and it worked just fine. The location is right off the 15 so you can easily get to Riverside or the mountains. I liked the many stores, we forgot items andWalmart is across the road. Plenty of food options nearby as well. We were here for a party in Riverside, was a 20 minute ride. Lake Elsinore is about thirty minutes away so I would say if you are exploring the area this is a great base.

Please fix the water pressure. When you are traveling with kids having a fast shower helps.

As soon as I was walked into the hotel, the property was clean. The room was room I stayed in was well put together and clean. During breakfast, the area was kept clean throughout.

During my stay, there was some kind of soccer tournament and the kids that stayed at there were noisy.

I have stayed in many places traveling around the country and this place needs a deep cleaning.

The breakfast was ok, it was dissapointing that the stations weren't refilled an hour before breakfast time was over. Some family members of mine who tried to make it before closing had very little to pick from.

I felt like the parking fee was unnecessary and the price was a little too high for what it was. The rugs are very dirty in both the halls and the rooms. I was walking in my room barefoot when I felt a few very hard spots on the rug that were crusted dirt and it was gross. Also the walls in the sink area were disgusting, they were stained and upon grabbing a rag and wiping them down it was clearly dirt that could be wiped off. Wasn't very sanitary to brush your teeth and wash your face in an area that didn't look cleaned. On a positive note the bed is very comfortable and plenty of pillows.

I used to stay here when I could.

The staff, especially the night manager were deplorable. I unfortunately got into a car accident the second day I was there. After being released from the hospital at close to 10pm they would not accept payment for the reservation I’d made and I had to check out. I was told by the night manager “I was there way too long you need to vacate or else!” I’m appalled that you would employ such an individual and understand that hospitality has nothing to do with the hiring practices of this establishment.
