Your security cameras don't cover your full parking lot. My truck was broken into and I lost $7-$8,000 in tools. Your manager never contacted me with any concerns or video camera coverage. Your staff didn't seem to care.

No breakfast was included.

I assumed we would have a table and chairs in the suite. Also, the shower has a unusual drainage system and you end up standing in water that could overflow if you take a long shower

Good location, even though it was right off the I15 we couldn’t hear the cars.

The smell in the bathroom was super terrible I’m sure it was coming out of the sink. We found dog hair imbedded in the loveseat and human hair in the door with the utensils along with hair in the shower. The water pressure in the shower was ok. The bed was a very good size but too firm especially in the center of the mattress, must be an old mattress to have that hump in the middle 😬

I love hot baths and this place does not have bathtubs. Also the carpet on the main lobby and on the hallways look old and and dirty. Kind of like an old Vegas casino. Luckily inside the room was hardwood floors which is nice.

Roomy and clean rooms. Comfy bed with premium bedding and the towels were nice (not cheap). Loved the full kitchen too.

There was some disgusting trash left outside a guest's room (looked like vomit bedding) and it was there for a few hours in the morning and I had to keep walking past it to get to and from my room. Probably not the motel's fault.

There is no pool or breakfast. Disabled parking spaces are few. Need ice maker in fridge. The television is hard to see if you sleep on side of bed closest to wall. Light over sofa bed was out.

Disappointing and dirty!

The room was ok

The hotel was disgustingly dirty. Most people seemed to live there full time. The hallways were stained and smelled of animal urine, so bad you had to hold your breath walking down the hall. We had to ask to change rooms because our first one didn’t look like they even cleaned it, there was hair all over the bathroom. It was horrible. Will not be staying here again!

Hotel itself was okay, staff and manager don't know how to do their job.

Hotel room was okay. TV never worked and still disputing to get my deposit back 3 months later, after check out staff "forgot" to release.

My deposit was never released. I had a stay in April of 2023, and it is now July 2023. I have left multiple messages for the manager, who never seems to be available. I have now had to dispute with my bank.
