Probably was very nice and clean. Staff was nice and friendly.
They could work on their breakfast a little bit the scrambled eggs were kind of runny and their orange juice dispenser tasted funny. I don’t know if it was old orange juice or they didn’t clean the nozzle or something, but didn’t taste right

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the lay out, the pool/jacuzzi area, the breakfast and how it was decorated. Loved how the hotel room was set up.
The beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. It felt like there were springs popping up all over. Also, the tv is mounted to the wall but dos does not swivel. You could not see it sitting on the couch and the couch you could not move. You could not see it while lying in bed unless you laid horizontally at the foot of the bed. There was only 1 chair so both of us could not sit up and watch anything.

Location is good near downtown and amenities, parking was easy and facilities were decent. I liked that there was a table for uber eats to drop of food.
Train horn is loud and annoying, woke me up a few times at night. Placard always falls off door, so when I rushed out the door and neglected to put the placard back up, housekeeping came in which I didn't want. Also a used towel was left on top of the shower curtain when I checked in. Otherwise everything else was good. Please fix windows because the train horn is a big issue for me.
