Horrific

They charge me repeatedly we did not sleep due to bed bugs ended up in the emergency room with my grandson for bug bites the staff acted as if we were second class citizen

We had a nice stay . The hotel was clean and updated . The location is ideal ,in an upscale area with plenty of shopping

The property was in a great location. It was very clean very quiet .

Our room was next to the freeway although I couldn’t hear it my husband couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the freeway. When we were checking in the young man who was working, the counter was wonderful and professional, and very polite. However, there were two people hanging out at the desk, looking at pictures on their phone and laughing and being very unprofessional while the young man at the desk was trying to get them to remember they were at work in front of customers.

Mostly a great hotel

It was very clean. Room was spacious. Love that they let us borrow a bottle opener. Breakfast was decent. They offered biscuits, toast,muffins, oatmeal, cereal, sausage, eggs, gravy, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, and ingredients to make your own waffles.

The refrigerator was not cold when we got in the room. It took a long time for it to finally cool down. We had to toss leftover food because we were worried it might have not been safe to eat from being in the hot refrigerator.

This was a beautiful property, located in my home town of Corona, CA. I stayed for 5 days. The facility was clean and the breakfast every morning was ample. I like how the interior was decorated to pay homage to Corona's history as an orange and lemon growing area before all the housing and commercialization took over. The views from my window were great: the Santa Ana mountains always frame the skyline of Corona. My room on the 2nd floor was quiet, comfortable and very clean. I will stay at this property again, whenever I travel to Corona.

Overcharging for snacks and water. $5.00 for a medium sized bottle of 'Smartwater"? Come on now. You know it doesn't cost that much in the grocery store.

The overall stay was awful … I could have paid 1/8 the price for a better night.

Breakfast was ok… could add other things like a bananas and another choice of meat. But it was clean and the meal was hot… good service.

The room was set-up bad. The TV was on the side instead of in front… your head had to be turned in order to watch! The noise outside my window with people walking and talking all night. The banging noise above my head in the hotel kept waking me up. The traffic in and out of the room across from me made the family nervous.

All was good, everyone was nice and all was clean. Quiet was very we were able to get some rest

100$ deposit really and it will take days for it to refunded. You take in a second and 48 hrs or more to return money that is not owned to you. What if I didn't have the extra 100 dollars for deposit would we have had to sleep in my car ?
