Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the lay out, the pool/jacuzzi area, the breakfast and how it was decorated. Loved how the hotel room was set up.
The beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. It felt like there were springs popping up all over. Also, the tv is mounted to the wall but dos does not swivel. You could not see it sitting on the couch and the couch you could not move. You could not see it while lying in bed unless you laid horizontally at the foot of the bed. There was only 1 chair so both of us could not sit up and watch anything.

The staff was exceptionally likeable and professional. At first I didn't like my room cause I had a view of the freeway. But then in the morning I realized I had a gorgeous view of the sunrise I loved my room.
The bed. The bed was horrible. I sat on it and felt the springs. It squeaked when I sat on it. It was horrible. That is really my only complaint. And the frequent fire alarms were annoying. The first was night was real. I made it to the lobby when told the issue was handled. The next day it seemed they were fixing something. I evacuated again to the lobby. Then felt a responsibility to let my neighbors know the series of daytime alarms were false alarms. A bit unnerving.

Location is good near downtown and amenities, parking was easy and facilities were decent. I liked that there was a table for uber eats to drop of food.
Train horn is loud and annoying, woke me up a few times at night. Placard always falls off door, so when I rushed out the door and neglected to put the placard back up, housekeeping came in which I didn't want. Also a used towel was left on top of the shower curtain when I checked in. Otherwise everything else was good. Please fix windows because the train horn is a big issue for me.
