Noise and No Hot Water

Room was quite large.

No hot water when i tried to.shower 1st night. I attemped later and got a tepid 2 minute shower. The 2nd night was better but it appear the hotel CAN NOT maintain adequate hot water supply!!!! Noise from people racing extremely loud cars and motorcycles up and down road by hotel. It's constant traffic noise all night. Folks pounding floor above me for an hour. Sounded like a horse walking around. Then around 3am, it sounded like maintenance crew had begun working on something. TV channel guide does NOT match actually channels, very annoying really. I have to come back in future and really hope some of these issues can be resolved

They definitely need to check the showers and water pressure

Well I had to pay a deposit for my dog $100.00 and was told that once I checked out I would get $ 50.00 they only give me $22.44 and we also had to change rooms cause the shower didn't work

Property was under remodel, some inconveniences

Customer service was rather poor. It was like they didn’t care if your stay was pleasant or not. Rooms were not cleaned daily. We had to call to get towels and bed made. When we checked out they didn’t act like they cared.

Could be better

Location and parking was easy! Water sign (SpongeBob) and daily weather was fun and informational.

No microwave. No outlets by night stand. Check in took sooo long due to an error with a different guest. With two employees, this should have been resolved fast or at least with one person helping. This person created a long line and had other guests leave. I saw a gentleman with his son try to buy a juice but the female took the attention of both employees so he and his son left. Breakfast was okay. I was expecting smoothies and sausage. I normally stay at the Hampton for the breakfast alone and my son loves the pillows. Especially for that price, I expected a more filling breakfast and a microwave in the room

Mostly very comfortable

We have stayed here several times while our son attended CBU and it was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast.

I have always received a receipt at the end of our stays and I have always booked the stays through booking.com. However, this last visit the hotel staff member refused to issue a receipt stating that they couldn't due to my booking method. Also, I called with a special request. I was told a note of the request would be in the computer. There was no follow through. Please advise staff members better

If we decide to return, we would need assurance that the elevator was functioning.

Location was decent.

During our five day stay one elevator was inoperable and from the permanence of the sign it seemed like an ongoing problem. The greatest concern was that there appeared to be many people who seemed to be permanent residents, highly unlikely paying the exorbitant rates for this property and location. On two days while showering, the water entirely ceased to flow for several minutes. Staff seemed completely surprised.

Convenient location with helpful staff but don’t set your standards too high on quality and cleanliness.

Location was convenient and close to a lot of places and close to the freeway for far travels. Staff was very nice and helpful when we called out to front desk or housekeeping.

The upkeep of the rooms are on the lower end compared to other hotels I’ve been at. Their sofa bed was really not in hygienic condition and had stains and tears. Their sheets also didn’t seem cleaned and we had to request new ones. Trash wasn’t taken out as often as I’d like (trash in the hallway took a full day prior to being disposed of). During my stay, one of their elevator was broken all week which made it take a while to get up and down our room as it was also making multiple stops for other guests.

Wonderful time and highly recommend Hampton Suites!

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and helpful, especially Shay-Shay and Joy (front desk checkin), Jennifer in the breakfast lounge, and Michael (front desk check out).

Staff was great. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We appreciated the free 24/7 coffee & tea cart at the front lobby. You didn’t skimp on the quality of the coffee. My wife kept saying “that coffee is good”. Very nice stay.

We had a Queen suite and it was very spacious. We were about 45 minutes early for check in and they were able to accommodate us. The gym was well equipped and in good working order. Breakfast had a nice selection of items. I love it when there is fresh fruit and already made oatmeal, rather than the oatmeal packets. They also had a baked good of the day - a cinnamon scone that was tasty.

It looks like they are in the process of upgrading/freshening up, which is good. The desk chair in our room was very dirty and needs to be replaced. The air conditioner, while functioning, was so loud, we had to turn it off to sleep. We then realized that it was drowning out the road noise.

We are a disabled couple, I paid a bit extra for a King size room,, instead was given a queen bed. I had emailed a request for a room on the ground floor, as close to the Lobby as possible. I received a email from Hampton Inn that they could accommodate my request. When I che, but it has queen beds. I paid extra for a King room, no adjustment to the payment was made.cked in they tried to assign me a room on the third floor, I explained that we had requested and paid for a room on the ground floor, the clerk said they only had a room on the ground floor. No adjustment was made in my payment. I had a similar problem when I booked this hotel a few years ago, Won't be staying at a Hampton Inn again.

Awesome budget friendly hotel with good service.

The breakfast was very good. I loved the daily waffles and the egg omelette, fried potatoes, and sausage. Tea and coffee 24hrs was a plus. I recommend this place and would return if I’m at Riverside again.

Beautiful room Clean Check-in early

NO INTERNET, Internet was horrible! I could not purchase the upgraded internet; it appeared once, and I could never get it back. The hotel staff said they could not do anything about it. The TV Internet was not working, could not see the guide information example of what the show was. The channels were off from the guide. Had to have family call the rook due to the internet and not having cell service. The hotel phone was horrible, could hardly hear the person on the other line.
