Location
Staff did not help with my reservation even though I used a third party. They didn't help with giving me the number to contact third party booking. We had to ask what they do when this happens. Then they gave us the number to call. They said this happens all the time. Very frustrating. Also my family that booked with them directly had to wait 2 hours for their room. Two different family members that booked.

The room was great. Roomy. The guy who checked us in was amazing. Soooo nice and professional, he's the best. I forgot his name, but he's awesome. Every staff member we passed, in the hall or outside, was super nice and friendly.
Requested a 1st floor room but ended up on 3rd, probably didn't request it soon enough. But we'll be back anyway!

I enjoyed the location of the facility.
The bathroom had some stains in the shower. The bed also had some stains and hairs inside the sheets.
