Very clean places to stay and close to great entertainment

The prices are very high. It's a nice, clean place, but not a top-of-the-line hotel. These prices are resort prices.

Never eaten there, I hear other guest talking about it needs to be better. Danishes, toast, cold cerea, the same old stuff needs to change.

Check out and over night front clerk young lady was very rude and helpful at all. Bed were uncomfortable could not sleep comfortable at all.

Minor problems, resolved with professionalism and fairness.

Staff resolved problems - we got issued a room that was taken due to a staff-stay issue. We had to go into a pet-friendly room that smelled bad. BUT, staff (Raymond) and Mgr resolved it for us the next day by offering us a discount - this really made up for the bad smell and the inconvenience of back and forth.

The smell in the room. But staff was very apologetic the next morning.

The hotel uses something they spray around the lobby that is wicked on the allergies, the food not great . Eggs looked like a frozen product they reheated and the tv’s have constant problems during our 1 week stay

There are several restaurants, a gas station (for snacks and drinks, toiletries), and a nice park all within walking distance. The location is so peaceful and calm. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good! This is also a pet friendly hotel so that was a plus. Overall my experience here was great!

Horrible experience I've stayed in the Home 2 Suites in Phoenix l, AZ and loved it. Booked here and they had no recollection of my pre-paid reservations. They obviously over booked. They offered no solution until I was walking out and wanted to up charge me for a room I would need to pay out of pocket for. Horrible
