Staff was amazing, parking was the best, rooms were very clean good location stores were within walking distance. Price was within my budget

Our air conditioner was freezing up and the refrigerator did not work even a little bit, I talked with the manager and he gave us a different room after they made us wait for 6hours before they even attempted to look at them. After realizing they couldn’t fix the appliances, they gave us a second night stay at a 50% discount after learning we lost about $110 in groceries (lobster, ribs and steaks) that went bad due to the broken refrigerator (he could have done a LOT better on this issue and I expressed my disappointment with the offer but he refused to offer anything more). Other than that, I was fairly satisfied with the room furnishings. But in addition… there is a very rude & highly over-bearing security guard that ran in to the ice room right after we entered it and told us we were taking too much ice. We only used a small bag to get some ice for our very small ice cooler to try to keep our food from going bad since the refrigerator was not working, which was a failed effort due to this security guard)… but he didn’t care, he treated us very rudely and was actually pretty scary. He needs to take a serious training course on hospitality and leave people alone about the dang ice they need (he obviously has some type of serious issue with authority going to his head… I mean he pretty much bum-rushed us running from wherever he came from running at full speed not even 20 seconds after we entered the ice room only to stick his face between us and the ice machine to examine how much ice we put in our small plastic bag! It wasn’t even half the size of a regular grocery bag!! Seriously, management… do something about this guy please, and please do something about my lost money due to the spoiled food. It was your motels negligence that cost me this money and a $40 discount isn’t even close to what it cost me. I’ll be waiting for some type of response from your company soon or end up taking further action.

The checking in was pretty smooth no hassle

The price.. I think it's insane paying over $120.00 for a room during a week day.. just a year ago I was paying around 75 for the room and now it's almost doubled.. I love this hotel and the staff .. but the cost is ridiculously high.

The tub was clogged, the room was clean but needs a deep cleaning the walls and corners were nasty. And they did honor the reservations

I love the location of the Motel, the host always has a warm greeting, the rooms are very spacious.

The room (114) we had rented unfortunately the AC unit did not work. Did notify the front the next morning due to being notified all rooms were being occupied as we asked for a 2nd floor room

Booked a queen room with two beds for 2 adults and 2 children. There was only 2 towels for 4 people. Only one bar soap, only one shampoo. The napkin box was empty. Requested for 2 extra towels didn’t receive it until checked out
