A reasonably priced quiet clean room. Not a room for bringing random people in and out but if you're trying to spend some intimate time with a someone else, it does the job. Friendly staff. Shower controls are a bit off the norm. Trust me they work but if you're having trouble, ask staff.

Room was small, some lighting fixtures were coming off from the walls; faucet for shower was hard to open and was loose. The highlight was a microwave, mini fridge and the ac was nice and cold, quiet area. Decent place for a one night stay.

Clean room, well lit outside. My only con is there is no coffee pot in the room and the front is not open until 6:30am to get coffee so if you have to get up early you can't get coffee. There was not much of a selection for breakfast either. It was fine for what I paid.

Positive comments-Desk clerk informative .Coffee,muffins and oatmeal meal available were appreciated.Center garden well maintained. Only negative feedback was that the room smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in.We slept with the window open to let it air out and in the morning we kept the door wide open.

Stayed here while visiting friends in Oak Park, Sacramento. Pros: the hotel is very clean, and they do not require a deposit, and the price is reasonable. Cons: Not much nearby, and they do not allow late check outs. I would stay here again if I can't find a place closer to Oak Park.

Liked water fountain outside. Check in was awful. I reserved a room online for 2 adults paid for 2 adults however the manager informed me I wasn't allowed to have anyone else stay in my room . He made it a point to tell me this multiple times. Strange.

We stayed here twice in the past 12 months, primarily for its affordability and secondly, for its overall cleanliness - both inside the room and the surroundings. The check-in process takes time because the staff requires all the necessary IDs for all the occupants in the room. This is for added security, but the process is stressful to a certain degree, The shower stall is no-frills but clean and with good water pressure for both hot & cold taps. All towels are clean, relatively new, but not too fluffy. We also like that the rooms have a fridge, microwave, and powerful, user-controllable A/C units. The flat TV is an old model, and cable channels are limited. The double bed is firm, and the linens are clean, but the pillows are just okay. Bring extras with you if you want to snuggle on more pillows. The location is just off Highway 99, and there are plenty of fast-food joints nearby, although this place has two (2) "vendos" for drinks and quick snacks. Overall, you'll like the place for its good value, and all you need is a decent place to sleep, shower & reheat your to-go lunch or dinner after your sorties outside.

Very clean, no nasty smells in the room, was quiet the night we were there. The bed was comfortable, the room small but recently renovated. Staff friendly and fast. A good value for the money.

There was a clear indication the door had been seriously damaged. The door was not repaired properly, therefore there were large gaps around the door. The locks did not work properly. It was noisy, people where up al all hours. This was a last minute check in for us. We had been traveling a long way and needed a place to stay. We would not stay here again.
