Front desk lady was nice

Sheets were dirty upon arrival. Breakfast staff was rude to my 8 year old son. He was fixing himself a plate. The breakfast lady rudely grabbed the utensil out of his hand. I understand if my child was being rowdy or even making a mess, but he wasn’t. He was well behaved and was trying to help her by handing her things and getting out of her way. She could have just waited until we were finished before restocking items etc.

First impressions are important. Get some one more welcoming and get better at breakfast. Both are important to your gue

-It was close to our destination -price -enough sleeping for our family of six -plenty of usb ports

-we weren’t welcomed well by the receptionist. Her tone was very stern which made me want to go elsewhere if possible. I’ll never stay here again -the breakfast wasn’t great either. The eggs solution wasn’t appealing and the pork sausage looked unprepared. It was difficult for the staff to keep up with the handful of guests leaving several people waiting on items to arrive.

The place appears to be nice.. the staff was friendly. Breakfast was just okay, free food is good food, right?!

The room was clean. The breakfast was standard fare, the coffee was strong and replenished often. The front desk staff was friendly.

Very loud party of people arrived about 3am and held a meeting in the hallway near our room. In the morning, we found candy wrappers and other garbage all down the hallway. Highway noise was loud.

First, the location was great with nice restaurants & stores all around-many within walking distance. The breakfast was good with several options and kept up well.

The breakfast was nice and staff kept the food fresh and area clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful -- from front desk to housekeeping. Will definitely recommend and stay again at Springhill Suites when in town.

Excellent Location! Within walking distance or short drive to so much shopping, dining, entertainment, etc! We loved the complimentary, hot breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms (those bed pillows are heavenly!) and stylish decor. Staff was wonderful throughout entire stay!

Affordable location for a quality stay!

Great stay and location. My partner and I came to Knoxville for a class reunion and the hotel was around a lot of nice activities. The lobby was nice, breakfast was pretty good and the room was spacious.

The TV location was a bit odd but luckily it was on a swivel so we could rotate and watch from bed. Housekeeping didn't clean the room for a 2-day stay.
