They wanted to charge me again and I had already prepaid using booking.com it was very embarrassing waiting for them to call whoever they were calling to “double check”

Don’t stay at this overpriced, dark and gloomy hotel.

Location entrance was very confusing to drive into and at night no street lights.

Charged to just park $10.00 each day, who walks to an hotel? No lighting overhead in the room, very dark. Dim light over sink in front of mirror very hard to see. Had to open curtains completely to shave or put makeup on. Didn’t provide breakfast, had to purchase , very expensive $20.00 plus. Finally only received maid service one day out of 3 days. Never again!

Disappointing stay at courtyard hotel

I am very unhappy with my experience at the Courtyard Denver South Park Meadows Mall in Centennial, Colorado

Staff at front desk were snotty and everything was really expensive and they treated us like if they were better than us.

Excellent value and not stressful.

Location makes food, shopping, and transportation easily accessible. It was very clean and welcoming. Front desk was always attentive and pleasant.

So, at least from the 3 floor, the freeway traffic is intrusive. Fortunately, I like the AC to run when I sleep, so it helped, but the freeway is loud.

Very comfortable stay for our family

The location was very convenient, right off of I25 and close to the mall. The check- in staff was super friendly.

We usually book rooms at places where breakfast is included, but that is not the case at any of the Courtyard properties.
