Excellent stay - we will be back!

This was a very comfortable place to stay. The room was a nice size with a comfy bed. The hotel was easy to find and relatively close to Park Meadows mall (not in walking distance). I really liked the spacious lobby with lots of sitting areas where you can have drinks with friends, and the bartender was super nice!

Not Hilton quality

The staff was friendly

The pillows were uncomfortable. You can hear the people next to us word for word perfectly clear - walls were so thin. The tv was so old and hard to work, took us nearly 15 min to set up you had to cover one of the remote sensors in order for it to work. Not a “smart” tv where you could watch Netflix and Hulu - not included. Hotel seemed very old and out dated.

Greedy, underwhelming, and disappointing. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!

Only thing I liked is that this terrible hotel gave me the privilege to go to a special occasion...simply because I need sleep. thats it. Sleep - not breakfast (i guess. because I'm not paying for the breakfast here when it should be complimentary), just sleep. wanna be hungry? stay here! wanna be paying for unnecessary things? THIS IS IT!! enjoy becoming broke before your vacation even begins lol

Greedy, underwhelming, and disappointing... I purchased 2 nights at this hotel...a mistake. I was informed that I needed to call ahead a night before, or the morning of my check-in date to confirm there was a room that we can get checked into because we have a dog. I thought it was weird that a hotel check-in was at 3:00pm...anyway, I needed to come in sooner around 9:00am. I called the night before and spoke with somebody about getting into a room around 9:00AM. I was then informed that I'll have to pay ANOTHER $50 for an early check-in...I wasn't too thrilled with that, but I had no choice. We arrive and there was only 1 person at the front desk...he took about 10 minutes to end a phone call with a customer - a phone call that could've been placed on hold because the customer was asking about lost and found. The employee proceeded to have us wait at the front while he slowly walks to the back, then slowly walks back up front. This was just adding more frustration to the, already frustrating, experience. We were then informed that we have to PAY for breakfast, and that it is NOT complimentary. Oh, and then we have to pay $3 a day/night for parking. Before purchasing this hotel, there were a few reviews referencing that and unfortunately, it's true. Oh, and they want you to pay $2.00 for bottled water that's placed right next to the coffee pot...and the hanging tag will make sure you know that you are part of "all other guests", when you're not their "diamond" or whatever the important people are called lol. So, the greed begins - they want us to pay for parking, pay for breakfast, and pay $2.00 for water, when I paid about $300 total for TWO nights. I recommend to do your research and AVOID this hotel at all costs. The last things I'd mention is that the room gets extremely humid, the bathroom is an unbreathable space - might have to keep the door open for your precious lungs.

East location to get to, great rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast.

It was in a wonderful location, great for access when traveling. The staff were friendly and offered some great advice about our onward journey. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities, the breakfast bar had lots of options at different prices to suit all pockets; we had a great one night stay here.

There is not much to do in the area which suited us but if you’re looking for a lively part of town this may not be for you. Apart from that you can not go wrong with your stay here.

When booking there was a pool and jacuzzi offered also a bar on site and breakfast. But when we checked in front person said I don't know why that on the site because we don't have none of that. But it is also advertised all over the hotel so that was so displeasing. There was also an 18-dollar breakfast buffet that had 3 items and Cereal.

location was perfect for my specific trip. well lit, quiet and slept well.

half my TV channels didn't work as they didn't reach the wireless signal. i could have sworn that my booking said breakfast included. too my surprise, it wasn't...and i was asked to pay $16 for a continental breakfast that Holiday Inn and other provide for free.

Very comfortable

I had a king size bed in a large room. It was very quiet and the staff were very helpful. The bedding was great as well as the towels. The room had a fridge, microwave,coffee maker,iron and board. Easy access off the I25 and near to a large shopping centre, restaurants etc.

The toilet paper and tissue could be better quality.
