The location. The price value.
Some guests made a mess of the hotel and it took a couple of days for the cleaning of the hotel hallways to take place.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, a variety of cereals, pancakes, yogurt and juices. Staff was great. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water.
Even though the he hotel is at the intersection of I-25 and C470, it was hard to get to. The AC unit was very noisy.

The digital key was very useful
No coffee maker in room. The breakfast was underwhelming. I suspect the eggs were the powdered/instant variety, the texture was different from real eggs. The swimming pool was very cold.
