Very quiet and comfortable. Nice beds. Staff were exceptional! Thank you Kumar for running such a great hotel. Shelton was amazing too as were all your staff! Great hot breakfast! Keep up the great work!

Staff was wonderful, truly exceptional in their customer service skills. The breakfast buffet was well maintained with a nice variety of options and the hotel seemed very clean.

Neither of the tv's in our room worked. I've seen other reviews mentioned this. I have a feeling they don't have TVs but work in any of the rooms ever. I left a message with the front desk that we would like a discount as we hadn't been able to use either TV Interstate that was one week long, and never received a response, which was not appreciated. I also noticed that while the hotel was very clean there were a lot of fairly toxic cleaners being used throughout.

the staff went above call of duty to fix an issue with downgraded room- kitchen staff where amazing , food was also fab. manager helped us out a lot also. the hotel itself is clean, quiet and affordable and perfect for our travelling needs and wants.

the tiles in the swimming pool are VERY slippery & not nearly enough towels available outside bedrooms. The lack of communication between staff members from morning to night was all over place.

Stuff was very nice. Location was exactly what we needed. Complementary breakfast was very good. Washing machine and dryer on premise was helpful.

The pool was under maintenance, so we were not able to use it. The tub in our room was peeling. Bathroom sink slow to drain.
