Unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

Our room was a suite with a kitchen in it

TERRIBLE WATER PRESSURE. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. We had prepaid for the entire trip but got stranded on the way and had to delay our check in by a day. When we arrived first thing the following day we were informed by the hotel staff they cancelled our room without trying to contact us and provided no help whatsoever resolving the issue. The asian lady at the front desk at the time was impatient and rude. Booking.com luckily fixed the issue for us instead of the hotel and we were able to check in that day. The rooms and hallway all smell terrible, like shit that they just tried to cover up with the smell of chemicals. They make you pay for parking separately. Breakfast was missing items and not refilled despite arriving with hrs left before it was suppose to be done. Great size tv but no option for your own streaming or anything, only limited dish channels.

Overall frustrating because we showering was not an enjoyable experience when you’re standing in dirty water.

The two room suite layout was great. Gave our family a great space to relax and be together.

The room was not clean at all. In fact it was pretty gross. There were long hairs in the shower. The shower in not bash would not drain and the toilet in the other bath struggled to flush. There was just an overall unclean feeling.

It worked for what we needed, but I felt I had to tip toe around the place.

Location was very nice and the room was spacious.

The room had a very odd musky, sweaty smell as soon as you stepped in. The carpet felt very unclean and I had to ask for a new shower curtain due to strong mold smell. I also used the laundry equipment and they seemed like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Full of gunk and a TON of animal hair.

I loved that it was pet friendly. I really liked the outdoor area with the pool and fire pit areas.

Location and room was nice

The bathroom had no electrical outlets. My wife couldn't bliw dry her hair or use her curling iron. Have never experienced a place with no outlets. Room was way overpriced with what we dealt with having no outlets in the bathroom.

Centrally located but homeless people staying in parking lot

It was centrally located

There were homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and even some drug users living out of a van parked by the pool. We had to ask the front desk to clear them away because they were looking into vehicles. It appears that one or two staff members knows the people using drugs because they came out a few times to hang out with them by the dumpsters. Additionally, the hallways have clear dirty hand streaks all down them. We stated ten days and they were never cleaned.

Mixed bag

The location was decent. It’s very easy to get on C470 and the mall and various restaurants were a short drive away. The staff were generally helpful and friendly. The room was ok - nothing special but we always had hot water and we could get clean towels when we needed them. You don’t get any kind of maid service unless you are there seven days. There was a nail salon in walking distance and I just walked over and got a pedicure one day. There was also a King Soopers nearby as well as a Sam’s Club. CONS - The hotel charges $5 per day for parking which really just felt like a money grab. Especially since there was plenty of parking all around the hotel. Had I paid more attention I definitely would not have booked this hotel because of the parking fee. Truth to tell I don’t think there was any other hotel in the vicinity that charged for parking. I kept thinking this isn’t Vegas! This is Little old Highlands Ranch Colorado. The other thing that was definitely a con for us were the breakfast hours. On weekdays the breakfast was only served until 8:30. When we’re on vacation we certainly don’t want to get up early for breakfast. To us, ending at 8:30 is pretty darn early. Again, with a little research I found that virtually all the other hotels in the area served breakfast til around 10:00. I would not have booked this hotel if I’d known about the breakfast hours. I book all my hotel stays exclusively on Booking and am usually pretty happy but I think I just missed the mark on this one. I might also add that we are Colorado residents and are very familiar with what is a good deal and what isn’t and what is normal or not for the area

Every entrance had smokers right outside the doors. I realize they have to go outside of the hotel to smoke but to be blocking the entrance ways while they smoke is not a good look.

This is a basic, long-term facility which met our needs (sleep and shower)… we would stay again if the need arises.

Location for us was paramount, entire property was well kept.

Beginning to show its age on the interior (rooms/hallways). The common areas appear updated. On a personal note, I found the supplied room coffee (and the coffee in the breakfast area) wanting. So bad, in fact, after trying both I drove down to the local WalMart and purchased a Keurig machine.

The elevator and flooring needs updating. The breakfast was terrible. I only tried once but even the scramble eggs were bad. Since there is a full size refrigerator in the room & a small stove top, I bought groceries.

The breakfast was good. There was a good selection and the coffee was good. It felt like I was getting a really good value for what I paid for.

The area was a little bit sketch and the clientele seemed a bit shady. The front desk lady who checked me in was less than helpful and made it seem like I was an imposition.

The square footage of the room was very nice and we enjoyed that as well as the location. The staff were very nice. That's about it.

So disappointed in the breakfast. The first two mornings were frozen jimmy dean burritos and biscuits and some muffins. The third day bagels were added and instant oatmeal. Nothing like the description. Breakfast was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Even though the rooms were non-smoking, most everyday was extremely strong smell of pot being smoked in the rooms. Two nights we had to park on other property. A big UHaul and small UHaul were taking seven parking spaces. The last night of our stay, those vehicles were gone, but we still had to park on another property. The drainage in the tub was poor and the commode flushed very sluggish.

The stay started off rocky but ended up better once we were able to move to another room.

Breakfast was fair considering the remodeling of the breakfast area. Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. The staff friendly and helpful, especially Michael. When we wanted to move to another room the manager made it happen and gave us a credit for the first night we weren't able to sleep because of the outside light shining into our room.

The first room we stayed in on the second floor had a light that shined into the room all night. There were no curtains so we couldn't block out the light. The light made it difficult to sleep. When we reported it to the front desk we were told there were no more rooms available.

Room we booked wasn't available. Had to get two separate rooms, was not warned about this ahead of time. My card I held the room with was charged before we arrived. Wrong price for rooms, overcharged. Had to go back to front desk 3 times and did not resolve this in person. Did it over the phone while I was not available to talk. Terrible experience with Booking

The rooms we're getting redone which are amazing. And the staff was excellent. Fred, a Frank I believe is his name was so awesome and he was so. Accommodating to my needs. And the front descaladi the manager, she was just beautifully. Provided great customer service. I love this hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. But it was better than nothing.

The $250 incidentals fee. There is nowhere when booking this hotel that there would be that fee plus it being that high. More the the price of the room for one night! When booking, I did see that there was remodeling going on, so that wasn't a shock. I'm just disappointed about the extreme cost of the incidentals.
