Great team and location. One suggestion is to warn the people using your parking of the automatically piece on the street which goes up and down. It went up before I add a chance to go out and it damaged my brand new car.

Hotel is located at the other side of Nice Ville train station, not the same side of the beach but you can take tram easily to the beach from train station, around 600m walk to the tram stop. Old but renovated building, provides simple neccessaries. Good conditioning and hot water shower. Friendly and good English speaking staffs. Good value of money considering the peak season in Nice

This hotel was quite basic. Only one small lift to service the building so waiting long times. No coffee making facilities in the room. Limited parking at 22 Euro per night. Staff very friendly. About 15 minutes walk to beach.
