旅馆是一间公寓里的3个房间，和女主人共用卫生间和廚房，很干净，沒有感覺不方便。女主人的貓咪和狗狗基本待在她自己的房間，但有客人到來就会出來迎實，非常可愛！另外，离中心火車站非常近、住置優越。公寓入口大门在靠铁轨這一側，面朝铁轨左側
因为窗戶面对铁轨，火車經過时會有躁音

Au centre de Nice, prix très abordable. La propriétaire est avenante et disponible
Promiscuité, manque d’intimité, bruit des trains. L’annonce devrait être plus claire pour que les clients sachent qu’ils ne seront probablement pas seuls dans l’appartement
