Да, добавим это спокойно и убедительно, без «жесть» 😄 — для Booking так будет сильнее: Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, mainly due to the lack of flexibility and hospitality from the host. We arrived tired after a long journey and asked only to leave our luggage before the 4 PM check-in, but this was refused, even though the room appeared to be vacant. When we entered at 4 PM, there was no bed linen or towels, so we could neither rest nor shower. These were only provided around 8 PM. The TV was also not working and was fixed only the following day. Basic essentials such as toilet paper and soap were not provided. Another major downside is the location directly opposite the railway. The noise from passing trains is extremely loud and frequent, approximately every 15 minutes, and was very disturbing, especially when trying to rest. There were also numerous strict cleaning rules throughout the property regarding dishes, floors and rubbish, which felt excessive considering that a cleaning fee was already included in the price. Given all these inconveniences, we politely requested a later check-out at 2 PM instead of 10 AM, but no flexibility was offered. A 4 PM check-in combined with a strict 10 AM check-out and no possibility to store luggage was particularly inconvenient. The accommodation itself was pleasant, but unfortunately the lack of basic amenities, constant train noise and the host’s inflexibility significantly affected our stay.
