overall, our stay was pleasant

Property is clean, very well lit and courtyard is pretty. The setup at the bistro was nice and convenient. Great proximity to the Great Mall.

Rooms don’t have microwaves so guests must go to lobby and use common microwaves

Not what I expected at all from Marriott

The staff at front desk was amazing .

I upgraded my room so that it would include breakfast. But every morning I had an issue when at the breakfast counter. It never showed that our breakfast was included. I then had to go to front desk and wait at least 10 minutes to get it straight. The select for breakfast was very limited. Food was horrible for what waited for. The only reason I upgraded was for the breakfast. It was not very filling. And the staff that made me and my husband's food didn't even wear gloves. Very unsanitary. Did not even wash their has before starting. They had to make my husband a bagel twice cause they were hard as a brick. My breakfast sandwich bread was hard as well. Not a enjoyable way to start my way.

It will be nice to have coffee cup instead of disposable cups in the room. All stuff are nice and polite.

Its okay

Rooms and bathrooms appeared clean but very small. Staff at check in was pleasant. Balconies are a nice addition. Parking was easy.

We paid the extra for breakfast & they ran out of most options by 9:00am. I would personally skip the breakfast next time. We were then charged extra for breakfast & didn't recieve what we ordered. Waiting to hear a solution for this. There is some type of train station near by and it runs all day/night, it was pretty loud.

A bit inconvenient due to remodeling, but once I got my room it was quiet clean and comfortable.

When I got to my room, the first thing I saw was that someone had been lying on the made bed - the pillow was ruffled and the bedspread was disheveled. An afternooner, perhaps? Good on you, mate, but not good for me! The desk clerk was quick to issue me another room, which was fine.

Breakfast. I rather have buffet breakfast. On our 3rd day morning. Breakfast was ordered for an hour and ending to cancelled due to too many people ordered at the same time. Staff totally forgotten our order. We ended up with 3 bottles of water.

The hotel's coffee cups added a bad taste to the coffee-The same coffee tasted better out of the Starbuck's cups The beautiful outdoor courtyard pavilion was designated for smokers-so those of us who would have liked to use it and don't like to smell smoke -were cut off from using it...Also people were using it all hours of the night and made enough noise to wake you up.

the description on booking is not correct there is no hot tub. my room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly I saw pieces of candy and chips on carpet hear edge of the bed

Hello, I would like to send t he staff an extra thank you. I had surgery the day of our stay and Gill and a female staff member allowed my wife to check us in early. I really appreciate when companies go out of their way to help others. They could have said, no, but helped me instead. I will be staying again just for that. I hope your other properties are this good to customers. Thanks again.

great location

the room 101 is by the exit door was making noise all night I told staff and did nothing about it . the roof was for 2 adults 2 children and the re was 1 king bed a twin bed sofa bed . not what I expected. other than that it’s was ok but had to work on Sunday and had no sleep .
