Very close to downtown

The location cannot be better. It is centrally located and you can walk to many places. Free parking was included, but it is tight so bring a smaller vehicle. The hotel representatives were all very courteous and wanted to assist you.

The bathroom needs to be completely renovated. For example, there were gaps around the shower and the shower water came out in a dribble. The sink faucet was a kitchen sink faucet instead of a bathroom sink faucet. Given the high price of the room, customers deserve a better and cleaner bathroom.

Great location so we were able to park the car and walk to our destination. Very close to water front, shopping, and Tennis Hall of Fame. Room was perfect, bed very comfortable and a private bath. Our host Rick was super helpful and exceeded our expectations. The group of homes offered water bottle refills, wine glasses for our late night wine, and the staff kind and looking to help.

We were told that " someone needed to have an upgrade" . We were then sent to a tiny room in the basement with disgusting carpeting, no view whatsoever as the AC completely blocked the window. The hallway couldn't have been creepier. After driving 6hrs we tried looking for more options ( no vacancies nearby)we were exhausted and decided to stay especially as this was not refundable and cost us 3300$ for 4 nights This place looked nothing like what we booked. Something need to be done about the basement.... Will not be staying here again.
