Quaint. Loved that we stayed in historic area. The made to order breakfast was good! We are walking distance to downtown Newport, shops, the docks and so many restaurants!
Just wish they had coffee available for early risers. Though they did have tea.

Owner was wonderful, helpful & full of good info. Breakfast was awesome - hot meal cooked just for us & cook was a very nice person. I felt very welcome by both people.
Minor items: more towel space, the tub was dated, needed more outlets.

Historic building with its character and charm
Everything was very comfortable. Breakfast was professionally prepared with fresh clean ingredients. The dining room provided a chance to meet new people from all over who were traveling as well

Great location with easy walk to historic centre, waterfront, bars and restaurants. Pleasant staff, comfortable bed and satisfactory breakfast.
Dated bathroom showing its age. Poor upkeep with unrepaired ceiling and bathroom tiling affected by a leak that has rotted flooring. Not as in publicity pictures. Breakfast room felt like hostel.
