Location was perfect for a cross-country trip. Right off I-80. Near gas stations. Breakfast was good. Fridge and microwave in room.
Can't remember anything that was off.

Please note, Staff Member, Christina, a very professional and caring member of your staff at i-80. She goes beyond her duties to make sure guests are happy and feel appreciated. Promote her to Management she will only complement your Hotel chain...!
I will be writing to the corporate office of what I didn't like about the stay I had couple months ago that left a bad image of whom you hire. This individual was very disrespectful and borderline, racist!
Christina and other staff members is why I continue to book a room there from time to time....

The property was nice, and the breakfast was good. Each day was something different.
We had problems with the night manager. On our second day the morning manager called us because they thought we were to check out that day. After talking to her we sorted that out and she was very helpful; but when it came time to go back to the hotel we had been locked out of our room. We went to the front desk and talked to the lady when her manager came up and tried to tell us that someone was already in our room that we could have a different room. We tried to explain to her that all our stuff was in that room. And tried to explain the situation and show her the confirmation number for the hotel. She just stood there with her face in her hands for about 3-5 minutes making it very awkward. The only thing that saved our stay here was when we returned for the second time that day and the same front desk lady apologized for her manager and how she acted.
