Comfortable, clean, and convenient with wonderful staff.

The breakfast was fair to good. I've come not to have any expectations regarding breakfasts at American hotels; they are usually highly processed food items. Although they did offer fresh fruit (apples, oranges) which I appreciate.

All in all I am satisfied with this hotel and would stay again because of the comfort and convenience. Better breakfast choices would be welcomed.

Bathroom lighting—not good for applying makeup. Close-up mirror would be helpful For shaving and makeup. Breakfast was ok. Hot water for tea was tepid. Area too small; seating was crammed. However, waffles, eggs, and oatmeal were very good; good selection of toppings but would have appreciated more fresh fruit like strawberries.

Very comfortable stay in a friendly and safe place.

Front desk informed us that the elevator was out of order and allowed us to change our room to the first floor for convenience. The staff person was incredibly helpful and friendly. I will certainly book more with Fairfield Hotels.

The one thing that could have been better was signage when arriving at the hotel. It was not readily visualized. Also the shampoo and body soaps were not in sealed individual containers. I choose not to use the communal soap pumps as they can be tampered with.

Been up front about pet deposit. I have never spent $100 on a non refundable deposit! I would not have stayed at this location had that information had been posted. $20 pet deposit is ok $100 is NOT ok!

the staff was very nice and accommodating

the rooms were extremely dirty and there was stuff left over from the previous guests. there was pee still on the back of the toilet seat and the floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed
