    Hotel very clean, friendly staff, good food options n close to the Rialto Theater where we saw Black Violinist.

    1. Sewer water backed up into the bathtub. Stunk the room completely. 2. Had to pack our belongings up and move to another room. 3. Left our phone charger in first room called front desk and informed them. Front desk had the charger and I asked them to bring it to my new room. 4. The security guard knocked on room door and asked if I requested the police. I did not and explained what happened with the room change. 5. Minutes later the local police arrived with the security guard at our room again asking if I had requested the police. I informed them that I did not and again explained to them what occurred with the room change and I asked for my phone charger. They were confused as I. They promised to get my phone charger back to me. 6. Several minutes later a housekeeping worker knocked on the door and returned the phone charger. 7. Several minutes later the woman at the front desk called on the house phone to apologize for everything that happened. 8. The next morning when I checked out I spoke with the manager informing her that I didn’t feel I should be charged for the evening do to what my wife and I had to go through last night. I was told that because I booked the reservation through this site (a third party) there was nothing she could do. We left disappointed with the experience.
