Clean and friendly place

We stay there when we travel to Illinois and it's always a great stay.

The only issue we had were people from the hotel next door hanging out by our vehicle in the parking lot.

Excellent Excellent hotel

The rooms,the staff the breakfast etc... from the very moment we enter this hotel we feel as if we're home!! And as always the front desk person is always smiling and welcoming whenever we arrive and he sets the tone for our overall stay ,we know it's going to be a great stay as always please come to this hotel if you're visiting the Chicago area and save money by not going to those expensive hotels..you get expensive hotel quality and comfort at this hotel for a reasonable price..this is the only hotel my husband and I ever go to even though it's a little ways from chicago,it's well worth the extra little bit of travel time.!!!

Room was very clean. Sheets and towels smelled very fresh too. Breakfast was better than average for a continental breakfast and included eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, yogurt and more. Plenty of well lit parking and convenient location for our travels. Our room was quiet even though the hotel is right off the interstate.

Indoor pool was too cold to swim in which was disappointing.

We frequently use this hotel and we travel with our 14 year old diabetic cat he’s the perfect cat and we clean his litter box every time he potties I also use his towel under his potty box and sweep any excess litter we leave absolutely no trace of our cat so I hate the fact that I have to pay for him

The room was very comfortable and clean.

Street noise was loud. The shower was slippery with no grab bar inside the shower curtain. When we arrived at breakfast at 7:00 the food trays were near empty. Saw no one to refill. None of these things were dealing breakers.

Excellent Choice for Families with Pets

VERY clean, comfortable rooms, welcoming staff, plentiful breakfast with options for the whole family, pet-friendly with a very reasonable rate ($25 fee) and plenty of grass for dog walks, parking was easy and included. We arrived late and left after breakfast but it was a perfect road trip stopover for our family!

There were no highchairs and they were out of pack and plays when we arrived, so just a heads up for families traveling with babies.

I recommend them because their staff is friendly. Their hotel is clean and their pool is very nice.

The breakfast was a full breakfast it was very plentiful there was a nice varieties choose from of drinks, coffee and espresso. You name it. It is a very nice place to stay. I stayed there every year since they have open. The tiles are as wide as snow. The beds are clean. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

It was very clean! And the housekeeping did a great job keeping our room stocked and tidy!

The men at the front desk made us feel unwelcome and asked us to be quiet while sitting at the table with our family at 3pm during the day all we were doing is talking and laughing and he said keep it down people are sleeping! At 3pm in the afternoon we shouldn't have to be silent! Also they had the thermostat set to 75 it was so hot in the common area and I asked them to set it lower and they said it was broken.i think they were too cheap!

Would stay again - ended up adding a night and driving further for my next day meeting.

Breakfast was fine - coffee could be stronger ;) Waffles were tasty, juice was fresh. The beds and bedding/pillows were awesome! Staff was very friendly and check-in and out were smooth and quick.

Convenient location for the reason I was visiting.

My sister was in Hospice close by so the location was great for us.

Couldn't get the wifi to work in the room. My son in law had to go down to the lobby to get his work done. We kept telling the staff and they said they would reboot it every time. This never worked.
