Room was dirty and smelly. We had a mouse in our room that’s came out from a hole that was in the wall by our beds … around 3:30 am we had to wake up our kids , pack all of our stuff and switch rooms, because the mouse was running around in the room looking for food… went into our bags with food :/ We also found dead, dry huge bug on the carpet and lots of sticky spots on the floor and furniture. The hotel is old, smells weird and isn’t clean . Won’t stay there again !!! Wish I could get my money back .

Not my favorite place but staff made it okay.

Staff was very friendly.

Construction in building with no signs saying that, no sign on front of hotel to let me know I was at the right place. Construction on highway was going on all night and day. Not 2 miles from Rialto like Booking.com said it was.

High expectations, low results.

The room was spacious. Great for parties on the main floor. The staff at the front desk were courteous. The breakfast was good.

The elevator was broken, so it was a commute to our room on the 4th floor. Our bathroom was really crusty, so gross we had to shower with a towel to stand on since there were huge cracks in the plaster. There was no fan for the bathroom, so the room got very hot and humid anytime someone used the water. The AC was temperamental, either freezing or wouldn’t turn on. The breakfast hall was very dark and the food station was cramped. The pancake machine was broken. The pool advertised online has been closed for 5 years. The cost for a night stay was too expensive for the quality.

Comfortable room, but poor attention to hotel details

Nice room

Entry light switch did not work. TV was less than basic: closed caption did not work, limited stations available, “guide” gave no description of any program and did not allow user to look ahead in time for upcoming programs. No chair in the laundry room. So many minor fixes needed that it seemed property was not being taken care of.

Reasonable! Exit off the interstate was closed and had to detour.

Breakfast was good despite the waffle iron was out of service.

Mattress was too hard for my taste. Toilet flapper valve chain fell off due to rusted handle lever.

Bad booking or worst hotel

It started out great the lobby is beautiful

I'm not sure if booking with a third party is good with the hotel they gave me a room with no entry light the elevator wasn't working the power went out and the staff had no clue what to do ,they couldn't find no other rooms but was still checking in new guest with no power and they called it a convention center if those rooms all look like that you better off staying at the motel 6

1. No hot water 2. Poop in toilet seat 3. No coffee packets in the room 4. One of the outlets/ lights didn’t work 5. Pool out of service 6. Staff was rude 7. No shampoo in the room And I mentioned all this and all they could do is give me $25 back after I spent $260 for 2 days! Would recommend anyone to find a different hotel.

The first room we had, a/c and temperature was not working. TV signals were also not working as well either. Shower head pressure was extremely low. We called the staff and explained what was going on. They reacted quick and got us a new room. Staff was friendly. Rooms were good.

This property has always been one of my favorites. I highly recommend anyone to use them they are great for both business and personal stays. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are welcoming and professional.

Check in desk employee was chatting with another employee who was “hanging out”, waiting for Chipotle delivery. I wasn’t informed of breakfast times or food/bar availability. Was not personal customer service.

Disappointed for the price I paid

Location for my work near Jolliet,next to highway easy access

Upon check in I am informed that being that I am staying two nights , my room will not be cleaned.I am really surprised ,,I expect that a hotel with a rate over 100 dollars a night will have rooms cleaned daily.The room was not really clean,furniture very old, one lamp did not work, bath tub damaged , area does not look very safe.The hotel is under renovation so there is noise going on during the day...why they did not say that on booking.com? Is that cheating?

The beds were comfortable.

The hotel was undergoing renovations. There was construction debris everywhere. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned. The plumbing had issues and the toilet would hardly flush. The bathroom sink was broken and one of the light fixtures would not work at all.

Musty but with pleasant staff

Clean beds.

Pool was closed, hallways smelled musty, rooms were dirty with stains on furniture, floor and wall...someone had written curse words inside their welcome guide and said that they did not believe in the vaccine. There was no hand sanitizer and the exercise equipment was at least 20 years old in a room that looked like a closet.

The room was dirty. The ac unit was very loud. Bathroom was disgusting... at midnight someone tried my room door. Called front desk to report it.
