For the price I got what I paid for.

I did not try the breakfast, but other family members did and it was a good start to the day for them. The desk staff was The location was professional, polite and very helpful. The Hotel is close to a variety of restaurants and close to the freeway while not being on top of it.

It was loud at night with people coming and going slamming doors well after midnight. I also was woken by a couple arguing out side in the parking lot. These were two different nights. The kitchen was not well equipped.

Great for a day!

The staff was very friendly and kind process was quick. Location is perfect. We were only 10 minutes away from the theater. The room was bigger than expected.

It was all perfect, but we felt like the shower could’ve used another cleaning. There were soap comes on the drain and like dirt look on the shower floor.

It was a decent place to stay in a good location for the purpose of our trip to Joliet.

It was in good condition overall. I could tell it was recently remodeled.

Even though it had recently been remodeled, it didn’t appear to be a complete replacement of everything.

The price is cheap. No carpet.

Broken TV and dishwasher. Poor AC. Floor bounces. Hairs in linens. Low water pressure. Uncomfortable mattress.

The manager and staff gave awesome customer service. Cindy greeted us with a smile. And it continued other staff members throughout our week long stay.

The lady in the morning was really sweet. I didn't catch her name though.

Rates weren't all that great for it being under renovation. There was holes everywhere and it made it very uncomfortable to change. There were dirty sweater in the drawers as if someone is staying there when it's not booked.

Didn’t eat breakfast had to be at work early

The hallway was dirty and paint coming off the walls, the refrigerator in my room didn’t work and there was mold inside and discustingly dirty!,,
