It was very small for a handicap room, it had no phone in the room,it took the room hours to heat up and it had little bitty pillows

I liked being on the first floor. My dog is allowed their for a reasonable rate. Good TV channels Good temperature control

I got a good night's sleep. I had to go out for breakfast, but felt that was okay for the cost.

Everything was clean. Everything worked. It was super close to the mall, where I was a vendor. It was the lowest-priced hotel in the area.

It was a bit noisy on the first floor. There was no refrigerator or coffee machine. Definitely a bare bones room. There was no breakfast offered, just vending machines. I streamed some video through your wifi until it froze, and then switched to my phone.

I didn’t like anything about the property.

First of all, there was a man who was unexposed in the hallway playing with his penis. Second of all the staff put us out for no reason third of all the first day I was there and walked in and the room smelled like terrible, terrible, mildew and wet dog. One of the beds was sunk in so bad nobody could sleep on it.

It was way too expensive for what you offered: I might’ve paid $50, but not $100, not again.

it had beds

First off, there weren’t even bedspreads on the beds! The sheets were on top of the blankets, which made for a blanket-scratchy sleep. There were no amenities beyond a bar of soap and 2 plastic cups. There was no mini-coffee pot like we’ve seen in every hotel/motel we’ve been to. One of the bed lights was out so my son couldn’t read, and there were no plugs accessible by the beds. That doesn’t matter much for my phone, but if I’d had a C-Pap machine, we’d be in trouble. We did not expect a breakfast bar, but most places have at least a bag breakfast… juice or cereal or yogurt to go… there was not even coffee in the lobby! We could have font to the Hampton Inn down the road for $10 more and gotten all those amenities, and despite the cleanliness and your friendly staff, I’m afraid next time through, we will.
