Disgusting room, disappointed by the whole stay in general.

The location was the only positive about this stay.

The filth was awful. I’d actually prefer to get a full refund because of how gross it actually was. The shower doors were disgusting. We took our shoes off to get comfortable and the clean socks we had on became very filthy and I took picture proof for everything! Didn’t even feel as safe and secure as I’d like because the chain lock was broke. The front desk staff also wasn’t friendly at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED and won’t stay again. I feel like this should be refunded or a credit to say the least!!!

It’s a 1-2 star stay price a little high for the quality, the female staff was kinda rude and short the males much nicer

We stayed at this hotel and the front desk attendant was rude and there was prostitution or something going on and out of lobby. We felt very uncomfortable and had to leave within a few hours after checking in as we tried to ask an underage girl if she was ok. The front desk attendant was rude and told us to eff off and mind our own business. We felt they were going to give us trouble with our vehicle or stay so we left. I had to pay for another room somewhere else where we were safe.

A little bit concerning but comfortable

My trip to the Travel Inn was an experience. The staff were very pleasant and kind. The room was clean-ish (the shower was a little stained and some spots were a little bit dirty in the bathroom, but otherwise good). The location was also good--15 min from German Village and 20 from OSU! I also felt very safe and lots of food locations open near the motel.

There was a wretched smell that persisted throughout my whole stay. In fact, it got stronger and more foul as the days went on. The room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. Furthermore, the sink did not drain and at the end of our stay began to leak all over the floor and into the carpet. While the staff was kind, they were unable to address our concern as they did not have another room available for us to switch into nor did they have anyone working to go up to the room, so we quite literally had to brush our teeth and spit into the toilet. Additionally, when we went to go use the shower, the water smelled worse than the room did and the smell lingered on my hair for hours. Also, one of the outlets was missing with exposed wires. Despite the aforementioned detriments, the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the safety of the location and the cheap price. It should be cheaper though.

Unfortunately this was too unpleasant of an experience to find any positives

Let me start by saying this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. The woman at the front desk began helping us with our problem, though as the issue with the Internet signal being too weak to connect to our devices persisted, she started to become rude. She then proceeded to tell us that the Internet service was "device sensitive" and that if it wouldn't connect we were required to reach out to THEIR ISP in order to resolve the issue, which is ridiculous. If our phones found any signal it quickly disconnected within a few steps in the room. Not to mention I have a PS4 console that couldn't attempt to even connect due to a weak wifi signal. This problem has never occurred before at any other hotel. The woman at the front desk then said a manager would be down to speak to us because this problem apparently has never happened before. Instead I walked up to the office to speak with the manager to see if we could possibly get another room, yet low and behold the manager was not even there. I have worked in customer service for years and to tell the customer that it is their responsibility because the internet signal is too weak for connecting to their device is unprofessional and poor management. Needless to say I am currently awaiting my refund as I only got to stay for an hour.

Upgrades in key areas made this budget motel an excellent value, the best in our recent experience

Modern shower stall, modern in-room coffee maker, good WiFi, low price, good location if you’re on the road, and well shielded from road noise.

Bathroom was very small, although separate basin space was good. Can’t have been a non-smoking room for very long. Kid woke us up at 3 a.m. but it was our kid.

My stay was very relaxing and I will further comment at the end of my stay on November 11, 2023

I actually extended my stay for a few more days and I check out tomorrow. The room has all the necessities for a comfortable stay: recliner, refrigerator, mictowave, tv, desk & chair. Everything worked properly. There was a minimal leak in the bathtub and they offered to move me, but it was no big deal, I shut the bathroom door. The staff goes beyond making your stay comfortable. I stayed here because of the flex in reviews. In my opinion, the bad reviews were kicked out or people you can't please. I would recommend this property to everyone. P.S Since writing this review, I have once again had to extend my stay for another week. I will check in to a different room tomorrow and I will write a complete review at the end of my stay next week.

The second night I had noisy neighbors on both sides, but it didn't last so I didn't report it. The next morning the matience guy was working in the room next door and his music was a little loud for 7 am. I called down to the office, not to complain, but to ask them to call and ask them to turn it down. Al, the owner called them immediately and adressed the issue. All went back to great!

We did get a smoking room but it was very dirty/smelly. The bathroom smelled like urine. There was tons cigarette burns all over the room and blankets. Curtain didn’t really cover the window all the way. The price of 159$ a night was absolutely ridiculous.

It was huge for one person and I liked having the end room upstairs. I felt safer.

My hairdryer was broken in room 201 and the freezer had an orange stain in the ice....I can only assume it was ice cream not cleaned out.

It was a nice place to stay at. All the workers we did talk to were very nice.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was to firm for me. we were given and upstairs room, even after I had ask for a 1st floor room. We were told they were told book. But right where we had to go up the stairs there was a empty room that wasn't rent out. you could see into the room the 2 days we were there.

The bed was to hard for me.
