The hotel room itself was okay. The only staff I met was behind the safety glass when checking in. It was just not a very safe area. I was sure to latch the door and check it twice. I would not go back there or recommend that anyone ever stay there.

The place is infested with roaches. We had to sleep with the lights on because when you turned the lights out the roaches covered and I do mean covered the bathroom sink. We had a tote on the floor and lifted it up, about 20-30 roaches ran out from underneath of it as well. There are people with young kids living there and they were out in the parking lot playing until 9:30pm. SCREAMING at the top of their lungs.

Everything in the room worked. We had no issues with anything. Except the squeaky door next to us that was opened and closed several times during the night. It wasn't an exceptional place to stay and they could have used professional painters on the interior, but it was clean and neat. No bugs or other critters were in the room, and the room was fairly large. A pleasant stay.

Customer serving was good and friendly, the outside area heading to the room was just dirty dingy the stairs had a hornet's nest underneath it. The inside of the room was kind of decent bed was made they were stains on the sheets the flooring you had to stay with shoes on cuz it was not cleaned the toilet will have to be cleaned the bathtub needs to be redone it's extremely dingy and there you knew they didn't clean the room well because there were open soap packages on the towel bins by the sink. Out side there was a corner with soda cans being piled up. On top of that other motel Patriots just throwing their hands out their car in the parking lot.

I checked into this hitel on the 21st of August. Only because everything else was booked. And I transferred my job, and was needing a place to stay. I'm not above anything and have humble beginnings. I was advised from the "EMPLOYEES ".... that I was kicked out of the hotel for complaining. First of all I didn't complain about anything, until the air conditioner wasn't working. I told them I never had hot water, since the day I checked in. The room was very filthy, there was spider webs, all over the place, the bathroom, was just horrible. Perhaps, they're used to a certain caliber of people, and I dont fit that category. Thanks, for doing me a favor, because I was leaving from that "DUMPSTER " anyway. Lastly, if they reply to my comment, be advised "I TOOK PICTURES OF EVERYTHING "

Room was as stated. Clean, bed comfortable, nice over all. Advised they need to spray again as a baby roach was on the sink when i came out the shower but that can happen at the cleanest of places.

I was told I was banned & I'd only stayed at this location the week prior. the week prior I was in my room about 5:00am im woken by people running around & around screaming, yelling & cussing. I go outside to see what's going on they're outside still going & the room next to me is outside trying to figure out what's going on. they've done called the office, I called the office and she said it's okay I got the cops on the way. They show ask what toom we tell them, they go to that room talk to them. They leave I checked out the next morning no issues. but I came back this Friday and I was told I was banned from the property because I called the office to report that you have two adults running around screaming cussing at like 5:00 A.M. the lady at the front bypassed it to let me stay since I already paid & a few other reasons. but it's still the fact that this was only my second time staying with this location & after the first time because me & the room next to me reported to the front desk i got banned. their excuse was well the night shift girl is new so she might have confused things well that's kind of messed up and that's the nicest word I'm going to say because you're Banning people that didn't do nothing.
