Hallways smelt like smoke and weed. In the room the floor was coming up. Lid to toilet was missing. Had hole in bathroom wall. Dresser drawers were broken. Was supposed to have a breakfast and went down at 8am and wasn't any

The breakfast was good for a quick pickup and take with you. No hot food was available. Coffee was hot and good. Juice was cold and good. I had a bagel with cream cheese, plain bagel was soft and good.

The hallways are dark, needs new carpet. This hotel needs a fresh look. My room was a NS king bed, very comfortable. Chair and drapes need updated. The laminated floor (at foot of bed) needs replaced, coming up could cause problems ( I reported to manager). Ice machine not functioning on 1st floor. Great location near Interstate access. Room pretty quiet from outside noise. A little TLC would enhance this hotel greatly.

I expected more from a Days Inn. The breakfast was skimpy and most of what they had was gone.

Lots of businesses and restaurants near.

Wasn’t very clean and the flooring was coming apart and ends were sticking up. A tripping hazard and should have been repaired before renting out this room.

They say they have breakfast. Lol. They had literally 2 cupcakes, that I had to ask in the front desk for cause there was nothing, 1 bagel and coffee. Oh, let’s not forget about the 3 oranges. $156 for one night, to have this bad service.

Our visit probably ranks as the worst one night stays we have ever had.

Breakfast was marginal. The beds were adequate.

Everything else. I was greeted by a man in a filthy white T-shirt covered with food stains. The microwave did not work. The operation of the TV was confusing. The clock beside the bed didn't work. As the phone was disconnected, I had to go the front desk where I was greeted by a different man who was belligerent & rude. When I asked for help to find a specific TV station, he said there was no list of the TV stations available, and I would have to figure it out on my own. Also the halls were dirty and beat up and smelled of cigarette smoke.

Decent value for a one-night stay for a conference I was attending.

Location was good. It was clean and I didn't see any bugs :D The associate who checked me in was super friendly and helpful. Price was right.

The building is old and needs repair/updating, especially the floors and the parking lot. I could tell the housekeepers did a great job keeping it clean. I had heavy bags and had to carry them up stairs as there was no elevator.

I love this hotel they take very good care of you. The only thing that I think they could do better is some updating but that cost a lot of money and I understand.

I was pleased with how clean the bedroom and bathroom was.

The breakfast options were very sparse with little picking choice, the orange juice tasted like water with a little bit of orange flavoring. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, even in the non-smoking section and the hallway carpet was old and faded.

The hotel we originally booked lost power and it wasn't going to be restored that evening, so we needed a hotel just to sleep in before we left the next morning. They only had 1 non-smoking room and 1 smoking room. The smoking room smelled disgusting, but any port in a storm, I guess. It was clean enough. Although the floor tile in the middle of the room needs to be reaplaced as it is coming up. Room 244. The bed and pillows were ok.

The blankets were thin. The smell of smoke was overwhelming. There were a lot of people hanging around the outside of the hotel which was unsettling. Wouldn't stay here again.

Let's begin, i made complaint last week and the petty manager was ridiculous. No ashtrays in smoking room since I asked for 2 last week. Ac was off room was over 95 when we arrived. Same room as last week. Tv still falling apart, tub big brown stain, stains in ceiling like I get not perfect but again they turned off our keys at 9am again. We will not return this place is a dirty, hot mess

Horrible! People already in our reserved room! Nowhere to go, stranded with my child in Columbus!

I reserved a room 2 weeks ago for June 21st for one night. We were in Columbus for a country music festival. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk confirmed the reservation and told me that my card was already charged. He handed us the key and we went to the room. I opened the door with the key he gave me and there were people already in the room! We went back to the front desk where the clerk apologized and said sorry but we don't have any open rooms for you! All the hotels were booked for the night so we had nowhere to go at midnight when we live 4 hours away! What a nightmare! I'm receiving emails like I stayed there for the night, that's how I got this survey. So what kind of shady crap is going on here?

The staff seemed nice.

The room had a terrible urine smell and the tub was dirty. I cleaned it myself and the tub was slow to drain. There was unidentified “stuff” all over the bathroom walls and counters were stained and dirty. The floors were coming up and there were burn holes in my bedding. 2 of the three days I was there, I went into the breakfast area but there was nothing there but cereal. This was at 7am .
