The kids loved the indoor pool and the concert venue is literally next door. Great spot!

Hotel was very convenient to Walmart AMP.

Long line to check in, contactless check was unavailable. Manager’s special not welcoming, due to large crowds. Breakfast was not well stocked.

Location was great for attending a show at Walmart AMP

I was told that the suite had two separate bedrooms AND a common living area. Which was perfect for two adult couples but it is actually only one bedroom. When I told customer service that the suite didn't match what I had been promised they just said "all our rooms are the same" and didn't address that they confirmed incorrect information when booking.

The bathroom door in my room did not shut. I reserved a double king room and it was changed to a single king room with a pull out sofa bed without my knowledge. Very disappointed in both.

The room smelt very musty like it didn’t have any circulation and the A/C didn’t work well. I woke up in the morning to find make up stains on the blankets and on the other side of my pillow. I feel like the room should’ve been extremely clean with the price you gave to pay to stay there.

Went to Walmart Amp and loved just walking over. Wonderful breakfast! Bar was nice to have drinks at.

We were on top floor and it has a musty smell and you can tell they tried covering it up with scented spray. It was raining and building had leaks! If you are on top floor it takes awhile for hot water to get hot in shower.

Check in time was 4. Got there at 4:15. Told room not ready and would be 30 minutes. Not ready for another hour and never notified as to readiness, had to go ask again despite being very crowded. After the wait, no kleenex in room at all. Breakfast which is included in price was very scant, nothing warm. Had some yogurt and coffee because thats about all there was despite it being only 8:30.

Love the 11 o’clock check out and the breakfast is very good. The location was perfect.

There are no towels in my room. I had already taken a shower before I realized this issue.

The area was convenient for the event we attended at the Walmart amphitheater. The room was spacious, and the breakfast had a great variety!

There were stains on the toilet & shower in the room.

I really likes how spacious the room was and easy it was to get in the shower!!

I really liked the pool and the food area everyone was very nice and helpful!

Close to lots of things to do

I enjoyed that the hotel was so close to the amp. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

The parking lot was completely full leaving no where for us to park as hotel guests. Our air conditioning also did not work properly. It never moved from 74 degrees in our room so it was extremely warm and uncomfortable in our room. Also, our bathroom smelled like sewer.

Very nice room and amenities. Half mile to 1 miles to Dr. Nick TMJ. Like Dr Nick & his staff are awesome.

Love every thing, the breakfast was very good the room location was wonderful we was there for fireworks and our room faced the amp so we didn’t need to leave our room to watch them but of course we did

Check in time was 4:00 it was almost 5:30 before we was able to get into our room

The room was perfect and clean. The bathroom was separated from the front room and the bedroom. The bedroom had a door for privacy. There was a sink in the small kitchen area. Plenty of seating. And a table with four chairs.

When we checked in the person at the counter told me that we would be charged a $50 holding fee and that it would be refunded after our stay. I understood that and we went about our stay and then when we checked out, I confirmed to the person checking us out that the holding fee would be refunded and she said yes (this was a different person from the the person who checked us in). She mentioned that it may take up to 14 business days since it was booked through a third party (booking.com). I said ok. We pulled off and then I got a notification on my phone of a charge from the hotel. I pulled it up and we were charged an additional $30. I decided to go back to the hotel and ask about this charge since I was not informed of any other charges when we checked out. She said (the same person that checked us out) oh yes that is a $15 per night charge for parking. I said when we checked in the person who checked us in did not tell us of any parking fees at all. She said oh ok, well I will take it off this time and make sure that person knows from now on that we do charge a parking fee. So she processed the return which she said would be within 14 business days. This was on a Sunday. The $30 refund was returned by Wednesday, however I have not received the $50 refund for the holding. I have never had to pay for parking at a hotel unless it was in a city where the hotel did not have parking and we had to find a garage. When we did have to pay for parking they told us upfront. So this lady not telling me at check out about this parking charge per night, felt dishonest. She Only mentioned it when I came back into the hotel to question it. So from now on I will definitely make note when I check in that there are no parking fees or any other extra charges, and encourage anyone else to do the same.

Clean and nice

Could not control jacuzzi tub. AC was not cold. Refrigerator was hot with no knob to change it.

The room was a great size

I wish they had a hot tub and maybe an area for smaller kids to enjoy the pool

Breakfast was good. Staff could not keep up with the volume of guest. Many food items were empty and it took a long time to refill. Breakfast area was very small and there was not enough tables for the guest.

Breakfast buffet was not well stocked.

The location was great since we were seeing a concert across the street at the WalMart AMP. We were able to walk from the hotel to the concert within minutes.

We expected the hotel to be busy, but there were several other events happening we did not know about. The check in line was about 20 people long. Then a lady came out and said anyone who has already checked in online can get in her line. I was behind 1 woman and we were waiting for 2 men at the counter. Then another man showed up and joined them, then another and another. After half an hour, I approached the counter and asked what was happening because I could have checked in if I had stayed in the other line and she stated it was a tour bus and they were all checking in individually. Then, they charged me a $50 "risk fee" that I was unaware of AND $15 parking per day! It has been 3 days since we checked out, and I have ANOTHER unknown fee pending for them. The fact that we ONLY slept there for about 9 hours, did not eat or use any other options in the hotel was not worth the money or the hassle.
