I will not use this facility again - and probably not a Sheraton again.

I misunderstood and thought that at the price I paid, breakfast would be included. It wasn't. I did not partake of their expensive fare.

Elevator was filthy. I have been in many hotels with better pricing that were much nicer rooms. The room was just adequate but not what I expected.

Horrible experience

Absolutely Nothing!

My sister booked 1 night June 13. Check in process was smooth but once we arrived to our room we were not happy. For one the lighting was horrible. Only the 2 lamps attached to the head board worked and the one behind the chair in the corner was not bright. The light on the table did not work. The room had a smell to it like the carpets are old. The bath tub and the mat had a horrible stain and appeared unclean. The toilet kept stopping up and the other most unpleasant was our room was directly across from the bar. Where the music was so loud as well as the guest yelling and talking loud all night. We had a 3hr drive home and got absolutely no sleep because of this. I reached out to management about my issue 3 days ago and no one has responded.

Enormous hotel with large spaces to accommodate convention events. The staff were great. Comfy bed. Nice selection of various breakfast options and at affordable prices.

Only one luggage cart for the hotel seemed odd. Their front door was not working properly but showed us how to work around it.

Needed an update. Big bathroom with a tiny counter and shelf. Needs a longer cabinet. Waste of space. Shower was old. Bed uncomfortable. Just looked tired. Coffee maker sucked. A King room with only 1 regular and 1 decaf. Creamer was expired - floated on top of coffee.
