Plugs are word on night stands. Don’t always work, bathroom faucet sprays water in clothes when turned in due to how water lashes the drain. Shower head is way too far back. If nit washing hair, it’s almost impossible to not get it wet. New and beautiful just seems like there’s some engineer flaws. NO room service. Only roof top restaurant open. Breakfast sub par for the price. Food not warm. Service was amazing though. Would have loved to have eaten more there after long day without leaving room. Hated that I had to order DoorDash. I can do that at home. Very clean ! Great coffee. Live the water stations in halls.

I was there for the Big Sugar gravel ride, and the staff was so accommodating - let me keep my bike in my room and also let me clean up and change in a locker room area after I'd checked out. It was convenient to bike to the start on the pathway. Also, I noticed (too late to use!) the bike wash station outside. I didn't have a chance to use all of the facilities, restaurant, etc. but it all seemed great.
