Really nothing.

Great location for visiting the town center and the Crystal Bridges Museum. Fun decor and friendly staff.
The rooms are very small. It is good for an overnight stay, but not practical for a long-term stay.

The vibe and the location. The decor was lovely and loved the fact that a bike rental shop was attached and the fact that it was super walkable to all the fun spots in Bentonville.

Great vibe and location! Very new and clean
Price seemed a little high for such a small room

The location was excellent, just a few blocks from the center of town with lots of eateries and shops.
The rooms weren't just small they were tiny and with no open space between the toilet and the room or shower. Very unconventional and not adequate for more than one person. Parking was at your own risk in public parking or a pay valet service.

Beautiful design. Excellent location.
Rooms are quite small.

Decor, particularly in lobby area was fantastic. Truly a place to linger, unlike many lobbies where you want to pass thru as quickly as possible. Staff was excellent. Japanese restaurant on premises was fabulous though pricey. As good as any Japanese food in our home town of Seattle. Many other restaurants within walking distance nearby. Location near main street and access to Crystal Bridges was perfect. Free parking nearby.
In the triple room we had was had, the single bed was a bunk placed perpendicular above the queen bed. We knew that going in. It was fine--and necessary given the size of room--but it may not suit some guests.

Beautiful place, lovely and tasteful decor. I personally enjoy the larger common spaces where people can chill and do work. Comfortable bed. The best part was the staff, they went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of.
There's no breakfast at all, just coffee in the morning (I don't drink coffee). Their in-house cafe is great, but we don't get any credits with our room to use against getting breakfast there neither. The rooms are reeeeeally small; they're fashioned after Japanese hotels, but the Japanese hotels I stayed in were still bigger.

The location is great if you want to be in downtown Bentonville. Very walkable. The restaurant downstairs and bar are also extremely nice and yummy. I was only here for one night but the staff were very helpful. There is a free parking garage directly across the street.
The hotel is one of many mid-tier Hilton hotels that appear to be luxurious but theyre mostly built as cheap as possible and its apparent when youre in the rooms. Overall its a nice hotel with a good location and restaurant but be prepared for paper thin walls and questionable room layouts.

clean, good location, small but. comfy bed
no coffee/tea provided in room. You had to go downstairs for drip coffee and no tea option at all. Disappointing considering the price. It was under the guise of sustainability, but this feels disingenuous. Also having to pay extra for valet parking when there was no actual parking provided. Felt like everything was extra

Location was excellent, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The materials used seem to be quality and the lobby is wonderful.
The hotel uses the scapegoat of sustainability to cut costs. For one, the rooms are very small. The bathroom sink, towels, hairdryer etc are in the entrance of the room. There’s not a separate bathroom room. There’s a toilet room. No coffeemaker/tea. Aesthetically pleasing but overpriced for the space.

Location was central and convenient to restaurants. Staff (especially Mitch, the shift manager most days and the parking valets) were very helpful and had a pleasant respectful attitude. Lobby was attractive and busy.
We were appalled by the overall design choice. The room was tiny, the toilet was in a closet, as was the shower stall, and the one sink was on a counter in the middle of the room, which may be OK for a solo traveler, but not at all for a couple. If either of us wanted to use the sink, the other was disturbed. The floors were stone or concrete, so very hard and cold, rather than bamboo or wood simulated vinyl that you see in most places. Clearly a very conscious design choice to appeal to younger, trendy travelers. We are older and did not appreciate any of it. Staff was helpful in moving us to a slightly larger room, still with all the bad features, and on our second and third nights, moving us to an ADA room that was larger, more "standard" and less quirky, but still had the sink on a counter in the middle of the room. Although we bought breakfast items, and the counter staff were polite and cheerful, the selections were very limited and prepackaged, needing to be microwaved.

We liked that it was thoughtfully designed although smaller than most hotels.
Just the cancellation policy

ON the plus side, staff were very kind, the lobby was a lovely place to relax and play a game and the restaurant was good. It is just the room I really did not like.
no coffee in the room so you have to go down stairs and pay $5 for not so great coffee, I just got drip. No water, no ice bucket or ability to get ice unless you ask the restaurant. The soap in the sink and the shower were mint, strong mint. I am allergic to that in the way that I gag and vomit. It was so bad my husband had to shower again after his shower and use his own soap just so I could be near him...I am just saying it was not mild it was overwhelming. He said it overpowered him in the shower to the point of making his eyes burn. I dropped a brand new eye pencil and it rolled under the sink, the kickplate did not go to the floor. My husband used his flashlight and said he could not possibly retrieve it and there were many screws and other items in there.

Love where it was centered in downtown. The aesthetics when you walk in. So beautiful and unique
The rooms are on the smaller side.

Great vibe. Lobby is spacious with lots of social spaces. Rooms are efficient and comfortable.
Need at least a small coffee maker in the room. Shower is a bit odd stepping out to the main room.
