Wonderful property

We had the king suite and loved it for three nights. The breakfast was great, well attended and cheerful. We would stay here again without question.

This is an okay hotel, as to be expected.

Decent hotel, good location, close to everything.

The hot tub was drained and was literally an open hole with algae in it and no water. It was a complete hazard for the kids running around. Also, the front desk tried to double charge me when I arrived, even though I already paid on booking.com.

Everything was perfect!!!!

It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. The facility was very clean and not showing signs of wear. The breakfasts were yummy and trays were kept full. 24/7 there was fresh coffee and supplies in the lobby area. Best of all were the staff! They were all friendly and accommodating if you needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Jacuzzi didn’t work. Property right on Main Street, make nights really noisy. The walls are too thin, I could even hear my neighbor's steps and someone upstairs playing a guitar. Couldn’t sleep.

The rooms had a nice setup with the couch and desk. We didn't eat breakfast as we wanted to try a couple of local restaurants.

The first room we were in overlooked Walton Blvd. The noise from the street was terrible all night long. The next morning we asked to be moved to another room. We were accommodated and the room was much quieter and we were able to sleep.

The only thing to be aware of is that it's almost impossible to make a left out of the hotel parking lot. Be prepared to make a lot of right turns and circle around the block.

THE HOTEL IS IN A CENTRAL LOCATION HAVING ACCESS TO JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. I WAS PLACED CLOSE TO THE ELEVATOR WHICH MADE IT VERY CONVENIENT FOR MY HANDICAP.

EVEN THOUGH IT'S A GREAT LOCATION, GETTING IN AND OUT ON THE HIGHWAY WAS TERRIBLE IN THE EARLY MORNING OR WHEN EVERYONE GETS OFF WORK BECAUSE THE HOTEL SITS CLOSE TO A MAJOR INTERSECTION.

A perfect place for a getaway.

The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in at a hotel. the room was spacious and the staff were extremely friendly.

During our one night stay the pool was not operational but they had someone working on it immediately trying to get it back to normal.

hotel is in need of renovation. everything works, but just so. furniture dated, shower working but not properly, tv in living room very old and dark. you do not get fair return for the price.

Probably won’t stay in another Best Western.

Location is good and breakfast was satisfactory.

Monday we received clean towels and washcloths but no new box of kleenex. Tuesday room wasn’t serviced. No clean towels, washcloths, etc. Trash not emptied, no kleenex or toilet paper - had to go request the items at the desk. Couldn’t seem to open the blinds to get daylight, the carpet was dirty and there was a lot of door slamming late (11:00 p.m.) and early (5:00 a.m.). Pillows on bed also smelled like oily hair.
