We had to relocate to this hotel from our Airbnb in the middle of the night unexpectedly and it definitely turned a disa

Convenient, great little restaurant with good prices, nice seating areas throughout, pretty lobby and common areas, easy check in, very friendly staff, great room set-up, ample parking.

Only negative was that rooms were a little run-down /dated - could use a slight freshen-up such as new paint, baseboards, etc. but room design and layout were great. Furnishing excellent. Please provide updated charging ports on both sides of the bed :)

Housekeeping barely knocked at the door, and had I not been right beside it, I may not have heard. She started to open the door before I could answer it and tell her that we were about to leave. She may have considered that it was a 2 room suite, and had I been in the other room, I would not have heard her knock. I was not wearing clothes yet.

Nice hotel but restaurant was terrible

We ordered dinner the first night we were there and it was terrible. It took close to an hour to get our food and we asked if we could just box it up and take to our room. Once there, we realized our appetizer was missing. My daughter ordered a steak salad. The steak was raw and cold in middle and salad was missing most of what it was supposed to have. Husband got cobb salad with half cut chicken, two blue cheese crumbles, a whole egg, etc. I ordered veggie fajitas and there were barely any veggies, and a thin layer of rice pilaf and black beans. No tortillas, salsa, etc. Husband went back to ask for tortillas and appetizer. Once we got the quesadilla appetizer, it was ok. Definitely best thing in order. We paid over $100.00.

It used to be a nice place to stay

Location

Room was not ready, and they couldnt find my reservation. No manager reception. Room temp was extreme heat or cold. We even had to ask for cookies and towels.
