Lovely hotel in great location

Great location near the downtown. Also right across the way there is a lovely hike in the middle of the city. My grandkids loved it and found a turtle. The rooms were large and clean. I liked the art right in the hotel. The restaurant had nice food.

The property was not helpful in booking dinner reservations. NO concierge service available.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, kind and professional. The room was clean and spacious and well lit! The amenities were excellent!

We were extremely displeased with most of the artwork displayed, as we found it extremely offensive. Some pieces in the main lobby and courtyard were interesting, but the controversial pieces should have been placed in an area which was not in our face everytime we walked by to the elevator.

Terrific location for attending meetings at the Crystal Bridges Museum. The room was very nice; included bath robes and good towels. The housekeeping staff are excellent!

The hotel is showing its age (20 years old) -- some of the caulking in the bathroom is showing its wear. The greeting from the front desk person was okay - a smile would have been nice.

Construction site with poor access to the hotel. No bellman. Room was average. Horrible lighting. Bare minimum extras. No TV movies offered. Flimsy bed coverings.

All in all we had a very nice 2 day stay and would recommend the property to anyone visiting Bentonv

Excellent location for walking around town. Comfortable beds and bedding as well. Although we never ate a meal in the restaurant we did love the bar area and cocktails and appetizers were quite good

Lovely stay with our pet!

Frontdesk check in was easy and kind to our pet … even offering a treat for bring such a good boy ;) Great location — right on main square of historic Bentonville. Clean, hip-vibe with interesting artwork all around. Extra special: 4 ft high penguins you are encouraged to move around the hotel. Convenient, although a little pricey and uneventful, meal from Hive downstairs. Love the electric chargers on site so we could get up and go the next morning. Nice touch, free drinks to apologize for the large construction project outside the hotel (quiet, not noisy). Liked the purple nightlight in bathroom!

As noted, there is ongoing construction outside the hotel property, but the hotel has done a great job of mitigating that by offering complimentary drinks.
