The accessible / roll in shower - the grab bars were fine - but whomever installed the shower bench put it in the wrong end of the shower. The shower head should not have been right above bench.

Great hotel for the price you pay.

big room, clean, pretty nice hotel. They have a fitness center too, and free filtered water in it. Pool (didn't use, but saw it is there). They have free coffee and tea in a room. Free parking around hotel.

Breakfast is regular US style, simple, just one sausage and egg. Beeing from Europe, I am missing vegetables a l lot. And some more choices.

We liked the comfort of the room and it suited our trip needs.

I didn't like that it was mentioned in the booking description that breakfast was available and free, then when we went down for it. We were asked to pay for it. We had to come back to our room

Overall, I was happy with our stay. However, I specifically asked for “breakfast included” for our stay while searching for a hotel on this app. In addition, when I booked it, I was under the impression that breakfast was included. It was not. The staff was very nice about the whole deal though.

The bathroom has a barn door which offered no privacy. We had to put the comforter inside the duvet cover. The bathtub did not look clean.

Visiting family in Arkansas and felt this was an ideal location for us. we will be back.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating as I had recently had knee replacement surgery and they put me up on the second floor clear down the hallway. We went back to the desk and explained the situation, and they gave us another room on the first floor, close to the dining area and exit. We especially liked the make to order breakfast.

The low toilets. We are both in our 80s and felt like we were sitting on a toddler’s toilet. Thank goodness for the bar that was attached to the sink countertop. We experienced that same problem when we were at Hilton Garden Inn in Greenwood, Indiana recently.
