I didn’t. My staff was here for a convention and the room was dirty. They found used tampons in the room.

We were also told this room would have a pull out and it did not. The staff immediately told me that the restaurant was closed because the bar tender quit. The breakfast didn’t have a forks or spoons. Overall horrible experience.

if you pay for a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch I expect the couch to not be broken.

The location was really good and the room rate was pretty good for 1 night.

We found trash under the coffee table that was not ours and I paid for a room with 2 beds and the pull out couch and the couch was broken. Had a sign on it that said "do not pull out"

They gave my RESERVED room to someone that DIDN’T have a reservation, would t give me a discount because I used Booking, couldn’t cancel without being charged because I used booking. Rude staff ESPECIALLY the kitchen staff! Breakfast was AWFUL! Pool was TINY and GREEN and you could see the chemicals in it there was so much. Hot tub was empty and roped off. Broken mirror and windows in weight room, was also TINY. Elipitical made strange noise and tread mills wouldn’t turn on. Thermostat in room didn’t work. There was a bottle of whisky under the sink and an inhaler behind the bed. Also took forever for water to get warm and the hall smelled like dust and carpet is rippled up. Definitely not worth what I paid and doesn’t deserve an excellent rating. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Will also no longer use booking.com for hotel reservations.

The hotel was minutes away from everything! We went for a concert and it only took a few minutes to get to the amphitheater. The room was spacious and had a door between the bedroom and living area so more privacy if you had kids on the pull out couch. There was also a sink, microwave and fridge area that would be handy for long stays!

Only complaint is the pillows!! They go flat as soon as you put your head down.

A mediocre Hotel at best.

The staff was very friendly.

We were in a king size Sweet Room. There was no air conditioning in the living room area. The bedroom was freezing. In order to keep the living room somewhat even decent temperature, you had to freeze out whoever was in the bedroom. The shower curtain was so short that when we took a shower, water went all over the floor. Upon arrival, they only had two towels in the bathroom area for two people. I would not recommend staying in a room on the south side of the building. All you hear all night long are the cars going by on the highway. The refrigerator we had in our room also was not working properly it kept everything just lukewarm at best. The pool was extremely small and would not accommodate all the kids that were coming out of it during the time we stayed. It was disappointing that the spa was not working. The free breakfast was very scarce of food and not really that great selection. There were zero fruit options.

The bed was uncomfortable. I tried sleeping on the other side of the bed and that did not work. When I asked for some help with making it more comfortable I was told that no one has ever complained and they could not help me. Cleaning staff left cleaning products in my room and never finished cleaning room. I needed to cancel my last night and no refund was given.

I was pretty disappointed overall considering the price I paid for the stay; one of the main reasons for booking this hotel was the hot tub and pool but the pool water was dirty and smelled pretty bad and the hot tub was out of order- I learned upon checking reviews during the stay that it had been out of service for at least 9mos- I feel they should update their website/listings and let guests know, as that's a typical reason for most guests to book or not. There was still an hour left before breakfast ended and there was almost nothing to choose from. Reviews left me worried about having hot water in our room and we did have to let it run for several minutes before it warmed up but it did. Either way, it was way overpriced considering the 'main features' were essentially not available.

No blackout curtains in my room only the sheer ones so we we treated to parking lot lights at night and the blazing sunshine in the early am, I have never stayed in a hotel without actual curtains to pull across the window. So no recommendations from me unless you can sleep in broad daylight.

The beds were so comfortable. I have back issues and hate hotel stays bc I usually wake up so stiff. But I didn’t have that issue at all here. The beds weren’t hard, which is how they usually are at hotels. This was the best part for me. The shower pressure was also pretty great.

The pool was absolutely freezing. And the jacuzzi was out of order and drained. I called ahead of time to ensure the pool was open and operating due to a special needs kid that I must have a pool for when we travel. They told me the pool was fine and there weren’t any issues so I kept my booking. I didn’t ask about the jacuzzi, which I clearly should have. One would think that if I ask about the pool and you know that the jacuzzi I wasn’t working, that would be the time that you would share that even if I don’t ask specifically about it. I didn’t get in the pool at all bc once I get cold I can’t get warm, so that made it more difficult to engage with my son during pool time. The pool and jacuzzi was the reason I booked at this hotel, as our usual hotel is under construction. Wish it had been functional and not freezing, especially with the jacuzzi being out of order bc you couldn’t get out of the pool to warm up in the jacuzzi.

No sofa beds at this hotel, booking.com description inaccurate

The hotel was great. The only issue was that the booking.com listing was inaccurate. I booked a 2 queen room with a pull out sofa bed. The staff informed me that they don't have any rooms with 2 queens and a sofa bed. We have a large family and only stay in hotels with 3 beds or a sofa bed.

Nice size room, cold pool

The location was easily accessible and the room was clean. We liked the door that closed the beds off from the sitting area. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was not working. Booking.com said that the queen rooms had a sofa bed but it turned out that they don't. We had a rollaway bed instead but it was not what we were expecting.
