Had problems with the staff.

Walmart & Sam’s located 1 minute away.

Breakfast was gone time we got up the location was fine we accessed the property from the road at mall of the main land

Fix the door to the bathroom it was coming off at the top we told staff on duty but it was never fixed also they need to post pics of the rooms on line for people to see they were fine to me but I could not find a lot of pics on line of the rooms when I was searching for a place to stay in Texas City area

There was only one biscuit for the whole family. The sheets were dirty. I was charged in $200 in a hotel that I could’ve got for $45. Just a shitty stay

The hotel had an odor. Also, the room was not the greatest. The tub shower was disgusting looking it needs to be replaced stained and nasty. The toilet half the time flushed. The TV didn’t work half the time and the breakfast was a joke. I have stayed at other Comfort Inn and they have been fine. This is by far the worst I’ve ever seen.

Booked a different hotel in the middle of the night

Right off the highway

It smells like mold the minute you walk in. The wood under the refrigerator on the top floor is crumbled and black. The 2nd bed had some stains on the side of the mattress.

The staff was nice

The rooms were filthy, there was BLOOD on the bathroom door and closet door frame, there was no iron, no hair dryer, there was mold around the tub, the medical bars were not secure, your little snack bar are was almost empty, your items laid out for breakfast should not be called a breakfast. No owner and No manager available to talk with about our problems. A refund is definitely due on this stay, you really should update your Hotel not even one USB port anywhere in the room. Quit being cheap and do some updates, now do the refund.

Old building with issues if you want to sleep

It's an old building that is falling apart. There is an extra fee for your room to be cleaned. The location didn't have its own entrance. You drove through another hotels parking lot to get to an out of the way drive in. The parking lot is extremely bright and the curtains are hard to close. The ac unit is loud and had trouble cooling the room. Lastly, there were a lot of people just hanging out in the parking lot smoking and being loud for hours into the night. This kept you awake wondering if your car was going to be broken into. The breakfast was Jimmy Dean microwavable sandwiches, some fruit, and cereal. Needless to say, we went out for breakfast.

The breakfast was minimal & lacking variety. I know establishments are using Covid as their excuse to cut back but Holiday Inn Express puts Comfort Inn to shame. We booked for the indoor pool & it was closed ... VERY disappointing. The bathroom need some scrubbing & recaulking.

Wonderful place to stay! Great staff and comfy beds. The only place I will stay now in Texas City.

This was one of the BEST places I've stayed at and we spent 2 night's. The staff went above and beyond what I needed. Brandi was a life saver for me when she helped me print off documents I needed for my cruise. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were big. This will always be the place I stay from now on while traveling to Galveston.
