Mold along shower, dead roach on doorway, say pool and hot tub but no hot tub and pool was ice cold. Elevator was out and breakfast was barely continental

The elevator was out of order, so we had to carry luggage up to 2nd floor. The room has a horrible mildew smell, like the carpet had been wet or something. Lighting was not very bright.

Best staff poor amenities

My review is good only due to the service level from the staff. Amazing set of knowledgeable staff who when out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and clean. The water pressure was the best we'd had as we've been travelling across the South.

The breakfast was underwhelming at best with yoghurt as the only protein option. Travelling with a family looking for hotels with breakfast made this one a disappointment. The pool was old and had many signs of wear, including rust stains and broken tiles that were bleached out with grime around coping. However, the staff looked after the water, and the pool was clear. The spa was also very broken down, drained, and covered in caution tape. The bathroom and bedrooms had pealing paint and a big need of TLC, but they were clean. Overall, if I were travelling alone for a single night, I might book this place with low expectations. However, with a large family in tow, I'd look somewhere else for better continental breakfast options and a safer pool experience.

Worst hotel stay ever!

Nothing!

Our room smelled terrible linens smelled terrible! Mildew and mold everywhere. Elevator wasn’t working had to climb 4 flights of stairs with our luggage and child. Staff was extremely rude when my older son went down to get breakfast.

The Ac was cold & there wasn’t any bed bugs, the front desk girl at night was amazing & everyone was friendly!

The elevator wasn’t working…We did find cockroaches, & The rooms reeked of mildew so they tried to mask the smell with very strong scents which we unplugged because our sinuses were going crazy, the microwave in our room was filthy, and the breakfast options are VERY limited..

When first walking in the room I noticed we didnt get the pull out sofa so we had to change rooms. The first room smelled like mold and you can see on the ceiling where they patched up something. The second room was decent enough. The patch work wasn't so much or big as the first room.

This was our first and will be our last time staying at this hotel. It was not worth the price.

Location of hotel was perfect for our needs.

Breakfast was of very low level quality - all processed foods. No consideration for the environment. Also, the fact that it was a Sunday - one would think that the breakfast hours would be extended. The shower was not cleaned well, I found body hairs of the previous occupant - disgusting.

There was a urine smell in the bathroom and the door would not lock. The sheets and blankets had stains and some rips. The elevator went out as well as the use of our door keys.
