Loved the location, comfortable, and the amenities were great!

The room was comfortable, clean. Breakfast was good nice variety Otherwise it was very nice

We will not be staying again

The location was close to restaurants in Folsom. The room we had was very quiet and cozy. We didn’t hear the freeway at all. The kitchen and fridge was very convenient.

Our bath tub and shower was dirty. There were no travel size lotion or soaps. The pool and jacuzzi was dirty and mildew. They were airing out the pool area because of it. My husband and I could not swim or soak. Breakfast was free but just ok. Very cheap breakfast for an expensive stay. We had an issue with booking.com not notifying the hotel of prepayment. This caused a big issue. Victoria did wonderful on addressing our billing issue.

Good place for a night or two that accepts pets.

Great location near restaurants and highway 50. Some ground floor unit have easy access outdoors for your pet.

May have been our room but the frig was very noisy at night. Also the pet fee seems excessive at $100 per stay.

Restful and enjoyed my interactions with the staff

Lovely and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and perfect for resting or work. I loved the complementary breakfast and the staff were absolutely fantastic. They held my luggage at the front desk after I checked out for a couple hours as I had some things to still do in the area.

Not a big deal but a couple outlets didn’t work which wasn’t a problem for me.

Convenient location. Easy and comfortable room.

Breakfast staff were rude and closed early. No food was available 20 minutes before closing. Asked for more food and was told she was closing. Apparently did not like her job.

Great hotel, ok bed, but fantastic staff.

I don't know the names and I'm sorry for that. The two men that night were incredibly nice and patient with my son. Absolutely fantastic staff. I wish I knew their names. They were so good I feel like writing a letter to them.

The city is awful. But the hotel is fantastic. Nothing I didn't like about my stay.

They have a pool advertised so my kids were super excited and we got there and was told they haven't had a pool in a long! That is the only reason we booked there

It's was ok.....

Enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were spacious. Beds were comfy. If you needed to cook items.were there for simple.meals. Staff was nice. Pool was still closed. I get it waiting on a part. Are rooms discounted due to that?

Pricey considering the couch in our room was heavily torn. Check in and waited 30 mins while the checked what rooms were clean?! Is staff not reporting that already? How do you not know ? We checked in after 3 pm and even pre checked in the day prior. Why was it not already taken care of.

Disappointing

Room had not been cleaned at all, sticky floors, garbage can had not been emptied overall filthy. They gave us a new room, it was much better, but no apologie or explanation from management.
