Great place to stay but bring your own food

Very clean and friendly staff. I felt safe and comfortable in my room . Love the kitchenette very convenient. The hotel was close to everything I needed.

The included breakfast was sub par I don’t think would book here if I was looking for a good hot meal . Next stay I would utilized the kitchen in the room instead and bring my own food. First no consideration for dietary restrictions such as vegan or gluten free . I had very limited options fresh fruit was about it for me ! Not one gluten free option and all the vegan options contained gluten free!

Everything was wonderful with the exception of the parking!

My only complaint was your lack of parking! I use a walker and found a spot the first night at the back side of the hotel and had to walk by mysel! My second night there were no spaces at all! I did not feel comfortable having to park where the restaurants were! I sat in front of the lobby at 9:00 pm and called the front desk. But no one answered! After 40 minutes I was going to put my handicap placker up and leave my car parked there! Fortunately, a family came out with a cart and all their luggage at 10:00 pm and were leaving and I was able to park in the area in front of the hotel! This would be a big concern in considering a future stay! Thank you!

Nice quiet spot for our soccer tournament weekend.

Room size was great. Nice to have a little extra space. Loved that there was a good size refridgerator. Location was close to freeway access, but nice and quiet. Close to gas, restaurants, grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was easy to get to the fields, no traffic whatsoever. Across the street from the outlets.

It is what I would consider a continental breakfast. I did appreciate that it was set up early because we had to leave at 7am for our game. Wish they had the breakfast bar spread out a little more. The space is a little tight and you have to wait for the toaster. There are toasters in the room though.

The property is so well kept and clean and very well organized and planned out. They have coffee available in the lobby all the time which is awesome. One day, they had fresh baked cookies available to everyone. So nice!

Parking is a little sketchy because it got really full on weekend so I had to park a little bit far away. Lighting should be brighter in the far away spots.

A pleasant, well maintained property with friendly staff.

This is an older property, but well maintained. I had a one bed apartment that much larger than I expected. Well suited to a longer stay. They had a well stocked breakfast, with variety of options. As a gluten free person, having something other than carbs is much appreciated.

I would have appreciated the smoking area to be farther from the front entrance. Better quality coffee would be nice. Minor complaints-

Great place for an extended stay or even just a night

Better and more complete breakfast than I had expected! Spacious room with kitchenette and large work table. Great location and easy to find - lots of restaurants nearby. Free DIY laundry for guests. Small but nice in-house fitness center. Outdoor BBQ area with comfy seating.

Not much.

Not good, reserved a two bed room and received a single bed room. Hair was on everything and the website stated they had a spa and the hotel did not. Breakfast was limited and the staff was Unaccommodating

The property was in a nice location

I got no sleep due to the neighbors jumping running screaming and being completely rude. The bed was hard and a rock and very little covers.

I'd stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was so clean. I appreciated having real mugs and glasses in the room. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Unfortunately we slept through the breakfast but I did love the fresh coffee and lemon water at the entry. My favorite thing about this hotel is the noon check out. :)

Well-priced near Lake Natoma!

Great location for a regatta at Lake Natoma. The hotel was quiet and the room had a well stocked kitchen.

The carpet and furnishings have definitely seen better days but everything was very clean.

The room was clean, comfortable, and larger than I expected. The front desk receptionist was lovely and the breakfast options were great given that it was continental with some heat-up options.

My only negative comment is the lack of seating in the breakfast area. There was only one table that was already occupied and so my son and I had to sit on a couch without a table.

Good value, great location, big room, needs love.

The location is great, size of rooms, outstanding. Beds and bedding was luxurious. Bathtub was a bonus.

It needs attention and maintenance. Our key took 10-20 attempts to open the door each time, ugh! When we mentioned it to staff, someone else chimed in with how they also struggled and she just shrugged and said to us both, yes, the locks are a problem.

A great place to stay for the price.

The room was nice with a full kitchen, workspace and comfortable seating. The price was great for the room.

The front desk attendant barely spoke two words during check in and the same attendant was on the phone when I checked out so they motioned for me to leave the room keys. I came back in to get my second bag and the attendant was off the phone but still didn’t speak to me. Parking was an additional fee of $10 a day. It wasn’t a big deal since the room was a great value, but I wish the parking would have been included in the original rate and not an add on.
