Very nerve racking being woken up earlier a then basically ran out before we needed to leave , I had 2 other reservation

Convinced to liquor store and food

The noise someone decided to use lawn equipment at 6:30am and then the rude interruptions by house keeping at 9:00 & 9:30 when we didn’t have to check out till 12 we ended up leaving earlier then planned caused we were upset by the interruptions

We didn't get charged for parking because of the construction, otherwise they would charge us 12.00 a day. I don't like beening charged for parking. The bathroom ran out of body wash and never refilled while we were there . We did let them know.

Pleasant stay in Folsom

Late check in was easy. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Best of all the beds were very comfortable! I have back problems and had no issues sleeping. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a wonderful outdoor mall across the street!

Nice place to stay on way to Lake Tahoe

Courteous and friendly service. Staff helpful and considerate. Clean rooms & public areas, nice outside back patio area.

Omission of prepayment (booked & paid 11 months previously) was charged again at check out. However desk manager sorted it all out so we're happy in the end. Would definitely stay again

Great spot to stay if you’re in a bind and have a dog

It was close to home. Our water heater went out so we didn’t have hot water. They were able to accommodate us with our dog, for an extra charge.

Front desk staff at check in seemed less than enthused to be working on Valentines Day.

It was ok. We had some good restaurants near by and our dog was allowed because he wasn't over 50lbs

The bed was comfortable and my dog was able to stay with us. Good restaurants close by.

The parking fee of $12 per day and then I had to park behind the hotel , where it's not safe at night, because some big rigs took up multiple spots in front. I didn't see the parking fee(which I wasn't charged the last time I stayed) or a pet weight restriction on the Booking site. Someone staying on the second floor was smoking pot and the hallway and elevator stunk. There was a pool and hot tub available to use next door at the Residence Inn (also a Marriott) but "the front desk doesn't tell hotel customers because they really don't want them to use the facilities"/ per the front desk person.

Good location for our travel itinerary. Facilities were good.

Mixed reviews for staff. On our arrival, a staff member actually went next door to neighboring hotel to borrow a luggage trolley for us. But later, when we discovered no hair dryer during our preparation for a family gathering, three face to face requests made directly to staff for a hair dryer were ignored. They kept saying "right away sir", and then no hair dryer. We finally had to borrow one from a cleaning person next door. And our key cards constantly stopped working after a few door openings. Had to keep going back to reception to get cards reprogrammed. Not a great performance by staff.

I love this Courtyard Marriott

I travel to Sacramento twice a month and I usually stay at the Marriott in Rancho Cordova. This was my first time booking a room at the Courtyard in Folsom and I will never stay anywhere else 💕🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️ The freaking location. Unlimited dining options Amazing Staff I have always loved Marriott but I’m forever sold.
