A home away from home, only better.

The hotel sits upon the hillside of Folsom, overlooking the Central Valley, with beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets. Tucked in next to every bit of shopping or dining and entertainment you could ever hope for. Access to the highway is a 60 second drive. Parking is ample.

Easy and comfortable

Check in was easy and the front desk person was extremely kind and helpful. We bought new pillows today after sleeping with the hotel ones that made us realize how bad ours were. My group of 6 (two room) including two little ones was easy and we were thankful a crib was provided.

Calm hotel, large rooms, bed was comfortable, expensive, clean

Rooms were large. Quiet hotel. Breakfast each day. Parking $10 per night.

Strong smell of cleaning products in the room on arrival perhaps from cleaning the carpet as pets are allowed. No housekeeping beyond emptying trash and changing towels (on request only, over 4 days). Breakfast was good but food is on paper plates with flimsy plastic utensils. This is for a hotel costing $250 per night. On the last day as we were vacating the room they cancelled the keys and someone was cleaning the room before we had even emptied all our belongings and checked out - this was 2-hours before official check-out time. No explanations offered. Customer service average.

Bed bugs don’t stay here

The breakfast was great in the morning they had eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, cereal, waffles, and more. A lot more and than the typical banana and coffee from a hotel. Also had an indoor pool

We got bed bugs!! We only stop here because it was 10pm and it was late and we were tired and didn’t want to continue to Tahoe to drive though snow when chains were required so figure we would sleep and leave on the morning. Immediately when we got in to bed both my husband and I felt bug bites and itching and it felt like it was burning our legs. It was all over our body. Because they allowed dogs at first we thought they could be fleas but after a while knew they were bed bugs. We asked for a trash bag and threw the clothes we were wearing in there an took a hot shower. When we got to Tahoe we could not allow anything in our home and had to wash everything in the garage on hot and left everything including our suitcase in the garage. We decide to trash them as we were scared to bring them inside. The staff did not compensate us telling us they would investigate even after we showed them all the red bites all over our legs and back and arms. They were also doing renovations so no one got sleep in the hotel.

Surprised by $10 parking fee. This fee should be incorporated into the price or made much more obvious upon booking. For being Folsom, the price was already higher than I expected so the $10 parking fee was dissatisfying. I would have rated the place as an 9 otherwise.

It is a beautiful hotel

The hotel staff were very nice. There were a lot of things to do in the hotel. The location of this hotel.. was.. BEAUTIFUL. It was really really close to the outlets which are beautiful, especially at night.

There were a couple of XL stickers placed in a couple of spots in the room and on the side of the counter. The shower could've been cleaned a little bit better. Some people just.. don't pay a huge amount to detail sometimes, but the room was still beautiful. It's not that I didn't like it, just something they can improve on. I get it that they're in a time crunch 😊.

It wasn’t very clean. Our couch was stained and the pullout mattress had noticeable large stains. When I brought this to staff’s attention it was embarrassing for her but she did nothing to make it right.

Our room and the entire facility was very clean. It was a decent size room with a comfortable bed. It was very quiet. Also a nice shower with decent water flow.

The only negative we had at all is the towels weren't all that great. Being pretty nick picky here. There were enough towels and they got us dry!

Incredible stay. Ticked every box!

We were greeted on arrival by a lovely girl (apologies I never got your name) and as an IHG member, offered a free room upgrade to a two bedroom suite which was incredible! Donna at breakfast was an absolute doll. Breakfast was yummy! Laundry facilities are a great amenity. All in all an absolutely amazing stay.
