We will be contacting Booking for a refund. 3 ladies had to pack up and change rooms in out pajamas at 11pm.

Location was good.

The staff wasn’t able to address noise issues after 10:30 pm full blast tv next door used by elderly customers and before 6:30 - 8:30am am 6 very loud young adults in the pool area outside our window.

It was great, comfortable and clean.

The property was really clean, the staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Checking in was easily and seamless as I was able to check in on the Hilton app, same with checking out

The only downside was the elevator was a little sketch and had issues opening a couple of times after getting to our floor. Onlyyyyyy true recommendation is to fix the elevator, and thicker toilet paper 😅

Overall, except for the above, the hotel was modern and staff were very friendly.

Mostly everything looked modern and new.

Carpet in main areas was pretty worn, but in the elevators they were really worn and dirty. The bed was an old mattress and was squeaky.

Superior Staff

We arrived a day early for our event, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The staff here is genuinely EXCELLENT at what they do. Michael, Jomah, Mario, Tanya, Daniel, Lynn, the cook, and the wonderful ladies assisting in the rooms created a warm, family-like atmosphere that made us feel truly valued. Their kindness and attentiveness transformed our stay from just a visit into something memorable. Each interaction was filled with genuine care, making it clear they are true blessings. We left feeling grateful and excited to return in the future. Highly recommended!

Nice facility, more staff training needed

Nicely appointed room, simple but comfortable. Lobby was bright, open and airy.

Housekeeping did not return a piece of clothing I left there despite my calling to ask for it only a few hours after I’d left. Front desk staff was confused. Access to the property and parking lot was complicated, not well marked.

well, since we had 2 teens we were counting on the pool to be open, there was nothing said about it being closed only the Hot tub until June 2. It’s July in folsom had we known, I would have gotten a different hotel. Also thought breakfast was complimentary, didn’t look super great anyway, $17 for adult and $10 for children. No thanks. Finally after a long hot day at the lake we get all the way upstairs, room key doesn’t work. Also shampoo bottle was empty and no body wash available. I called booking, they were supposed to comp me something, anything and I have yet to hear back. Also i’m a frequent user of booking, but not happy with this stay.

I’ve stayed here 3 times to visit local family and I just discovered the little push button night light in the bathroom :) LOVE it! Also it’s super comfy and so close to coffee and convenience shops, not to mention shopping right across the street.

I wasn’t too crazy above the heavy bathroom door and its inability to be propped open. I finally wedged a bath towel underneath.

Great spot to stay in lovely Folsom.

Very clean hotel with two very comfortable queen beds in the room There is a guest laundry which is really useful when travelling. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t able to sleep the last night. Our room overlooked the pool and music in the pool area was still playing quite loudly at 4am. I called reception and was advised it would be turned down. Not sure why it’s even necessary to have music playing outside throughout the night.

Not the Hilton I Once Knew!

The location was great!

There was hair in the bathroom sink. The hallways and room smelled like sweaty socks. The digital room key stopped working after 1 use. I had to go to the front desk to regain access to my room.

Great accommodations but the food aspect needs vast improvement

I enjoyed the pool and the room was nice. The bed was good and it was quiet at night

We came on a Friday and we wanted to have dinner there on Saturday night but they weren't serving any food. They said it was closed and then the next morning they had a menu board out and when I tried to order off that they said they didn't have any avocados or that they were spoiled so I couldn't get The avocado toast that was advertised. The coffee bar was a mess and at times no cups no cream etc.

Clean and comfy but make sure to use your security lock!

This was our 3 rd time staying at this location and come back because of the ease and value of the check in process and the comfy room.

As I was getting ready for my day in the bathroom, housekeeping unlocked and attempted to open my door but I had the security lock on so they were not able to open the door all the way or else they’d have caught me in my birthday suit!

Very clean nice room. Friendly check in attendant. The only thing I would say was the dinner wasn’t all that and all my family got their food except my salad came after everyone was done eating. Tried the breakfast in the morning and the cook was late coming to work and kept telling us 2 minutes about three times. She was rude, the cook. Felt sorry for the server cause she wasn’t all that nice with her either. Server was very nice. Over all good food…. Just need some work on the whole eating experience with organization…..

The front foyer was always dirty, the pool and around the pool dirty with days old plastic cups still there, the bedroom was ok and clean. Hilton update your hotels why is there carpet still in an elevator!!?? Would not recommend.

Bike trip stay in Folsom

The staff was very attentive and helpful, especially considering they were willing to accommodate us bringing 3 bikes and 2 bike trailers into our room. We frequently take bike tours into Folsom, so this was very important.

The elevator inspection certificates expired in 2021. They seemed to run okay, for the most part.
