The bartender was very hospitable as was the front desk staff.
The tub did not drain. I stood in six inches of water as I was showering.

What a hidden gem! We had always stayed by the freeway when we visit family in the Folsom area, but no more. We love the location and its easy access to old town. The room was very quiet and comfortable.
A nightlight in the bathroom would have been appreciated, especially since the only light switch is outside the bathroom. Also, it would have been nice to have a little more room to get in and out of bed on the side by the wall. Some of us older folks need more room to maneuver:)

Friendly staff. Great location. Very clean.
Beautiful patio!
Kind of a weird pot smell in the hallway. Bar, restaurant were way too bright

My husband and I had the strawberry waffles for breakfast. They were Delicious.
The bar and grill was not open for dinner service. The free transport was not available so we had to Uber across the street.

Was visiting family on Christmas, weather was extremely bad so we decided not to drive. This is sbout 1 mile from sons apartment he just moved into. Great location. Due to holiday no services available, food, bar vending machinfe was out if water. Due to close location to family we will most likely stay again

Very expensive, no breakfast included and the restaurant was shut on a Monday.

Location near Hop Sings Palace on Sutter Street in Folsom.
Nice if the lounge was open more.
It would be nice if they allowed pets. Of course service animals are welcome but my friend had to stay elsewhere as she travels with her yorkie dog and that dog is a pet.

Location
Very very noisy at night. Loud groups shouting in the hallway very late at night . No security. Couple next to our son’s room having a domestic issue throwing things into the hallway. Went on for a prolonged amount of time.

Location is great
No in room amenities. No frig. No coffee maker. No coffee in lobby.

Location was great, very walkable to things. Room was clean, although our floor and room did have a little musty odor. The exterior areas of property were very pretty.
The place could use a refresh. Furniture looks beat up in rooms and carpets seemed a bit old. Everything is clean but just feels dated and for the price, you'd expect a little nicer feel in rooms and common areas. Also, offering free coffee and tea for guests would be nice.

Great location in Old Town Folsom, walking distance to good restaurants and bars and easy access to Lake Natoma for walking or paddling. Room is clean and the beds comfortable.
This hotel has forgotten the definition of hospitality when it comes to additional fees, communications and front desk staff. After cancelling a previous reservation upon arrival after finding out about not previously disclosed high pet fees even though we had clearly let them know our well-traveled dog was joining us, we weren’t surprised when they were not accommodating when we asked for a 3 p.m. check-in instead of 4. Then we received a chastising confirmation outlining everything that was not allowed at the hotel…we would have preferred something more along the lines of “we can’t wait for you to be our guest.”
The rooms are clean and comfortable but sterile and aside from the coffee pot, no other amenities except a shower cap. So it’s grating to pay a $250 deposit fee for potential damage to the room, then have to wait several days for it to be credited. We checked out early Sunday, and Tuesday morning it still has not been credited to my Amex. A recent stay at a 5-star hotel in Amsterdam had an amazing mini-bar offering and took only a $100 deposit, two weeks ago a hotel of equal quality and location in Missoula, MT, charged just $35.
It’s a nice room in a really good location but it’s just a room, not a welcoming experience.

Great price. Clean room. So so close to old town.
This was just a place to stay near Sacramento at first, but once we got here, we wanted to stay. We would come back just to stay at this hotel and enjoy the little old town area.
Wish we had more space to open our suit cases.

Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff.
Bathroom light and "kitchen" area light on same switch so not great when one gets up in the dark to use the bathroom. The kitchen light wakes others up. I recommend fixing that.

Good location! Very easy to get to. Easy parking , clean outside.
Inside of the hotel and rooms were very dated, had a musty smell. The couch in the room was worn, tv had minimal channels/ poor reception and low definition. The air conditioner was loud. Definitely will not stay here again, especially for the price.

On Friday night, the amount of slamming doors and people yelling and stomping above us was unbearable. We left in the middle of the night. As
we were leaving drunk people in the lobby were verbally attacking us.As we were walking out yelling obscenities.

The location was very close to all the shops and restaurants in Old Town Folsom. A shuttle service was available to bring us into the town. We also went to the river which was a short drive.
The swimming pool was being replastered which was a surprise to us. We had 4 grandchildren with us and we were looking forward to using the pool during our stay. Also, we booked through an online company so breakfast was not included, even though we booked 2 rooms and spent over $350 for our one night stay. It was disappointing and we chose to go to a local restaurant which was less expensive than the breakfast offered at the hotel.

The location was perfect!
The rooms were a little small.

Nice location, friendly staff, great water pressure, water fountain
Walls are so thin we can hear everything of everyone. Also one side were playing music all day all night, the other side were having a loud screaming and shouting party. It’s prob not a good spot for sleep or work.
5.0 / 10.0
The location is convenient with walking access to the local shops, restaurants, and trails. The pillows were decent.
The lobby was dark and dated, the room smelled old and musty, the TV didn't have access to any streaming services and had limited options to rent new movies for $25 or watch super old movies or "adult entertainment", the pool was closed for renovations and there were only 3 chairs available for outdoor seating, the walls are thin and you can hear the doors slamming all night and morning. Check-in is late (4pm),
and check-out is early (11am).

I had a second floor room on the even side of the hall that looked out on the back garden, very quiet with a pretty view. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker a little old but functional. Ample free parking. Easy walk to Sutter St and the cute old town section of Folsom.
Nothing.

The bar staff and front desk were wonderful and accommodating
In comparison to other hotels in the area in the same price range, this hotel was very tired and not as clean as we would have expected. The location was perfect for us so we stayed ( however we consider moving)
6.0 / 10.0
The location was within walking distance of downtown Folsom. The room was smallish but comfortable. We did not have breakfast there. I liked that the hotel was busy with lots of folks coming and going.
We were on the second floor, facing the parking lot, near the elevators and it was very noisy. The doors slamming in the hall echoed, there was an event space across the parking lot and up the hill so loud music sounded like it was blasting towards our room and drunk wedding people loud outside.

Breakfast choices were very good.
I would like a coffee station for self service. Restaurant service can be slow.
