GREAT STAFF! CLEAN PLACE!

I really liked how clean the place was! Being my first stay, I didn't know what to expect. The staff was great, the room was a good size and there were not ANY noise issues! Will definitely return!

I did not like that there was a fee attached to the parking. When I booked on Booking.com, this was NOT in any information provided.

No breakfast for the four of us but we did get coffe finally

Front desk was very nice and helpful.

Pillows were either to dense or to lumpy. Breakfast ended at 9:00 but was extended to 9:30. Some forgot it was a the Friday after thanksgiving. Had to ask for coffee to be made twice

A clean safe place to stay

The staff members were friendly and efficient. The facility is very clean and well cared for. The breakfast foods were fresh and tasty. The area felt safe. The room was spacious. There was only a little bit of noise from the nearby freeway.

The bed was too soft and saggy; the other person was bounced when one of us rolled over rolled over. The air conditioner turned on and off all night rather than having a continous fan setting; this noise change interrupted our sleep. I would have rated it a 9 or 10 if these two issues were fixed as everything else was great!

The key activation of lighting and room. We needed three keys at all times as they are also used for security doors , room , etc , Continual Fan in Bathroom night and day. No air flow from permanently sealed windows. Air conditioning was great but so loud.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. When we wanted to use the pool it was closed for maintenance. Staff noticed us and suggested we go next door to the sister hotel and use that pool. This worked out great and we appreciated that very much.
