    I have traveled to Fort Lauderdale many times and have never stayed here. Friends recommended it. I was not disappointed at all. The staff was great and helpful. I loved the early check in, that is what makes the difference! The room was clean and bed was very comfortable, ( a little too high up) lol. The food was great at the restaurant with friendly servers. I will definitely stay here again! And the lady who drove the shuttle bus was so personable!

    I have been to Fort Lauderdale many times and have stayed at various hotels. I was able to check in early with no problem whatsoever. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very nice. I ate at the restaurant which also was very good. Great staff as well! I will definitely stay here again!!

    This is probably the worst hotel experience ever, best to be avoided. Unfriendly, understaffed and rude reception, parking the car is 20 USD on top of an already inflated hotel room rate, dated to rotten interiors, the overall guest experience reminds of and smells like a hospital. Every opportunity is taken to rip off the guest whenever hotel management can. This is the opposite of a nice hotel, this was a nightmare When I complained about all this with "the manager" he told me that everything was great but our "German attitude looking down on Americans" was the problem. This was all the representative of the international hotel brand #CrownPlaza had to say about a detailed complaint.
