Good location
No Elevators, outdoor pool not in service, no Kleenex in rooms, toilet paper holder loose, shower rod loose, only one staff at front desk trying to accommodate many people, slow service. No clock or radio in rooms, filthy windows, looks like they’ve never been cleaned from the outside.

Nothing
TV didn't work. No attempt to correct/fix. They also changed my card way before we showed up. It was pay at property "they had to zero out my balance. To guarantee my room" never heard this before. I have had these reservations for months and to tell me i may not have a room "if I don't pay before I arrive"!? Very shady! Safety was another concern. We were on the 1st floor by the back door which stayed open all night long so the staff could smoke. Random people coming and going all night long with no room key needed to get in.

Location
Sanitary conditions were non existent. Hallways smelled of urine, room floors were dirty and unclean, parts were falling off the room walls, shower had bundles of human hair, walls were paper thin, transients were coming and going thru side doors (I can only guess their professions based on conversations/yelling at various times of the night), AC unit didn't function, sheets were stained, and basic things cleans towels/feeling safe were non existent.

Nothing just location
Dirty, room smell horrible, floor was disgusted, pool was close, guest smoke and the whole place looks like a crack recovery center, no housekeeping service, bed was horrible, light where broke everything was bad

Nothing really
The system went down so it was hourly wait to get booked into my room. Which I didn’t get into my room until 5/6pm. I should get a refund

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The towels were not large but surprisingly fluffy.
There were no tissues in the room. The tub had no slip-resistant surface, no bathmat of decals and was slippery.

Clean Room and the swimming pool
The TV remote not matching the TV model therefore not able to access all the TV's options and being able to watch the BBC News channel. The air conditioning unit was far too noisy and hindered ones sleep.

The first room was not to standard. The bathroom was not filthy but it was dirty. The wall plug unit between the bed was not working for us to charge our devices. Then I tried to use the phone to call down stairs to the front desk (after pressing every button to engage power) but it was no life to the phone. While I was calling the front desk from my personal phone, me and my friend watched a roach crawl up the wall. The front desk agent David was more than patient with us and he did give us the choice to change rooms. The first room we had was equipped with a mini fridge ( but no microwave) . The second room had a microwave with no mini fridge. And the shower door was disfunctional. The housekeeping staff needs to be held accountable for everything that’s not to standard. When I write my review to the BBB I will
Make sure that the customer service and courtesy that David showed me and the other guest should be at another hotel like the Hardrock or the Guitar. He handled himself very professionally and he did not make it a difficult situation. He is so polite and should be in a training class to show people how to handle customers. Overall I like the front desk agent David.
I did not Ike the rooms and how old and ran down they look. It looks like crimes were committed there. The first room had a roach intrude it that my friend had to fight and some of the equipment didn’t work. Also, the shower door was not correctly operational, and police were called to the property which made me feel like I was in an unsafe place.

There was no distinguishable positive thing about the property
The images paint the rooms as light and fresh, they’re anything but. The lighting is dingy, there’s only a single pillow, and there was mould in the bathroom. The smell of cigarettes and weed came through the bathroom vents, and the door let in corridor light all night. There’s no soundproofing to speak of. You get what you pay for at $100.

This hotel in very unsafe and the pictures and reviews on this site are completely fake!

Was on the main street, near good restaurants, groceries etc
The Manager seemed to be very rude while talking on the phone with customers or residents. Did not care if people were listening to his talk. Very brash. Not giving any information to residents about public transport, maps etc
Big enough for a couple.

Thankfully, the bed was comfortable. We had the basics like towels and soap. It was quiet. There isn't any more "good" that I can say.
The person at the desk was not friendly, but he was able to check us in. The property itself was filthy. If there was an elevator, it wasn't working and that is why we were sent to use the stairs. The stairwell smelled like it had been used as a urinal. The hall carpets were disgusting, they hadn't been vacuumed and were just plain dirty. The room did not have carpeting but couldn't be sure when it had been mopped. Because of this, I didn't remove my socks while walking in the room. Shower curtain was mildewy. The hvac unit in the room was filled with dust. It really needed a filter change and cleaning. The location, while close to the cruise terminal, was a bit sketchy. We've stayed at many Motel 6s knowing to not expect too much, but at least we would have decent experience. This was a disappointment. We would not return to this location.

Nothing it’s a dump. Filthy , beds not made , staff rude, chipped walls . One large hand towel and 2face cloths
Nothing, I can’t make one thing that was good. They had let our room even though we had paid for it in full . Said they’d only got one room left , a twin room and that’s not what I booked. We always use Booking.com but were disappointed with this

Absolutely nothing, it’s disgusting.
This property should come with a health advisory.
The hallways smelled strongly of urine, which immediately raised serious sanitation concerns. Inside the room, there was a strong cigarette smell despite it being labeled non-smoking. Most of the lights did not work, leaving the room barely usable.
The most disturbing issue was finding visible hairs in the bed, making it clear the room had not been properly cleaned. Between the urine smell in common areas, cigarette smoke exposure, and unsanitary bedding, this felt like a legitimate health risk, particularly for anyone with asthma, allergies, or compromised immunity. The sheets were yellow-stained, and there were visible hairs. It was so unsanitary that we laid on top of the sheets on towels.
We would have left immediately, but the hotel was sold out, and due to delayed flights it was around 2:00 AM, leaving no other option.
This property does not meet basic health, cleanliness, or safety standards. I strongly warn travelers to avoid staying here until serious improvements are made.

Served it's purpose, room was decent, not super clean, definitely falling apart but not the worst out there I'm sure.
Front desk REFUSED everyone to check in as guests trickled in, all had to wait until 3 which cause massive crowd in the loddby with no where to sit. No restrooms available for guests that are waiting. Toilets broke in two out of three rooms which is weird, toilet paper roll holder broken so roll kept falling off, air not super cold.

I’m 52 years old and have never stayed in dirtier hotel. I don’t normally write reviews but feel this one is necessary. If you decide to stay in this dump don’t say I didn’t warn you!

The motel is close to the airport and cruise port. Taxis were cheap to both locations. There is a good diner next door. The pool looked decent but we didn’t go in, just saw it from the sidewalk.
The front desk is open 24 hours for late or very early morning check in
The motel smells awful, like cigarettes/marijuana/dog waste and cooking smells. It appears this motel is being used as temporary housing. There are children running down the halls and dogs barking.
There was a guest with an ankle monitor out front at 2am fighting with another person over “payment for services”.
None of the outlets in the room worked (there were only two and they were attached to the nightstand clocks) so I had to unplug the monitor fridge to charge my phone. The linens are very poor quality and there was only one pillow on the bed, we tried to call the front desk to inquire about getting more and the phone didn’t work. We were honestly too nervous to walk down there again, with all the activity going on in the hallways.
This hotel was a cheap place to stay for about 6 hours of sleep after a travel issue left us without a room for the night. We needed some place to check in after 2am, which was impossible at the place we had booked for the evening, flight cancellations had us arriving 6 hours later than planned.

The location was close to the airport.
It was overpriced. The stairwell smelled like urine and the carpets were disgusting. The main lights in our room didn’t work. They just blinked like strobe lights. There was also prostitutes and drug activity going on in the parking lot. We just dealt with it for the one night because it was so late once we got off the plane.

The pool and area around it was excellent. The bed had cotton sheets and was just the right softness for me- firm base but soft pillow top mattress.
As one might expect at a low budget hotel there were a number of guests who seemed to be living there. That’s not good or bad- it just is.

Easy for an Uber to get there
Staff was not the most pleasant with some constant beeping at the front desk fire alarm was accidentally set off, had to switch rooms because of constant noise, banging, slamming up above our room

Bathroom was ok. Close to airport
My room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. There was still trash and takeaway boxes in the bin and no bedding. I had to sleep in a sheet. Due to arriving in the middle of the night and leaving early for a flight, there wasn’t much I could do to sort it as it would have cut into sleep time.

Absolutely nothing.
The attendant wasn’t at the desk which was messier than my teenage boys bedroom. The lobby had a funky odor and looking around we noticed that it was filthy (dirty, grimy, just gross), not to mention, the dog turd right in front of the vending machine. We were already considering leaving.
We proceeded to walk down the filthy and stained carpeted hallway that smelled like urine, marijuana, and a light scent of dog poop while making sure not to touch the questionably stained walls.
Once we arrived at the room. The first thing we noticed was the scent of urine coming from an unknown source and the overpowering odor of black mold pouring through the air conditioning vents. We looked around the room, starting with pulling back the sheets…there were cigarette burns and multiple hairs on both beds. There were sticky stains and smudges on the night stand. The floor had brown stains from spills in multiple places. We stopped investigating.

Nothing at all.
Everything . THE PICTURES AND WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS . The smell of cigarettes is gross . There is no respect on time here . People loud and yelling in halls at 5am . I would never stay here again .

Great location. Check in and out was fairly simple. They should just have a key drop check out to simplify things.
Parking is convenient and free.
The room was dirty. The nightstands, floor and toilet was dirty. Thankfully The sheets were clean and the bed was pretty comfortable.

The staff is horrible. The front desk staff charged my card after I paid with cash. The sheets are already dirty. Had to ask for new sheets before sleeping in the bed

They upgraded the m
otel and it's nice, good beds and pillows. The laundry area has really good machines, the pool was clean.
There were a couple of cockroaches I counted, 4 to be exact, some pest control would be good, but this time of year it is very common for Florida. I must say in general it was all very clean. I will certainly stay here again. It would be nice to have some coffee though.

Not one thing
Prostitution & drug users in and around the property. Staff were rude. Place needs a jet wash or a match to it.
6.0 / 10.0
That the location was close to the airport and other shopping areas. One of the other staff came like a jet when I called concerning the TV not functioning.
The 1st staff in the beginning who received me was not pleasant. The pool area door locked every time and was not opening with our pass key so we had to either call the front desk everytime or put something to hold the door. Plus I felt sort of unsafe in the area. The TV was not functioning and there was a bad odor in the hallways.
