If you're looking for a cheaper stay for a short time it's ok.

The location is great especially if you are not driving. Great for shopping and close to the airport and cruiseport.

My mattress kept sliding off the box spring. The plumbing needs an overhaul. This is the second time I stayed and the toilets in both rooms and my family's room clogged. They allow pets but I didn't see designated rooms for pets only.

I saw it n booking.com and need a place to stay for a night before my cruise

I had a noticeable limp in my walk when we checked in and was placed on the 4th floor, I asked if there was anything on the 1st floor and was told there wasn’t, but we’re close to the elevator. The elevator only worked to get us upstairs then didn’t work again. When I finally got down the stairs to the front desk no one was there for nearly half an hour. By the time the clerk showed up I was pissed! She said she was servicing the elevator but it didn’t work after that. She also moved us to the bottom floor siting our top floor room was a suite and this new room wouldn’t be. That room was no suite, and the sofa was broken . Would not book here again.

No elevator attached to the main lobby area... walking distance is far to the side or back through a gate that has to be manual open with both hands, very small breakfast area setup...front desk clerk was not available for a long time, bathroom by main lobby was locked from the outside but only accessible from the inside....

Internet was awful! We stayed a full evening no internet and no tv since it requires internet! Went to front desk twice to gave them reboot their system and no one did nothing. They had no maintenance staff. But was a full house, how can they do that! Total dissapointing

The lobby and the pool area were beautiful. The hotel is located in a great area with shops and restaurants in walking distance.

The elevator was broken. Me and my mother were on the second floor so I had to haul all of our luggage and my mom's rollator up and down the stairs when we checked in and checked out. The breakfast was subpar. There was no water available to drink. The cups they gave us for the juice were so small it was ridiculous. The TV channels in the room did not work and the ones that did work kept freezing. The hot water was luke warm so I basically had to take a cold shower. The floor in the bathroom was not clean so I had to wipe it down in order for me to walk around. There was an iron but no ironing board. The whole experience was not what I expected based off the pictures and other reviews I saw.

The location was nice

I didn’t like anything about the property. It was not anything as expected. When I walked into the room it was hard to open and close the door. The smell of bleach overwhelmed me so bad that it caused my head to hurt and my mother’s asthma to flair up. She couldn’t stop coughing. It is really worn down and doesn’t feel like a clean/ safe environment at all. People actually live in this hotel which is not advertised!!! The walls has holes in them that has been covered up and painted over and the floor boards have cracks pieces missing. 0/10 overall

Worst hotel stay ever.

I didn't like the stay at all. Blinds were not functioning properly, door had room be forced open and closed, room was full of roaches, refrigerator barley worked, there were dope smokers and cigarette smokers everywhere so the air in rooms were bad lights were broken up and iron and iron board was no good. I will never stay there again nor will I recommend.

Convenient location - close to food, retail, airport

Front desk staff are not welcoming, un-attentive and needs attitude adjustment. Misleading description in “free shuttle service” The hotel does NOT provide free shuttle service, they insist they took it off from all of their platforms but I showed them it’s clearly stated on Bookings.com. No offer for reimbursement, credit, 0. oh and key card did not work on 1st attempt to go into my room (it was the right door, promise) front desk gave me a new one, until it STOPPED working again the next day and had to get a new one, again. I can’t imagine if it would have happened after-hours. No smoking was allowed on property yet my room smelled like cigarettes the minute I opened & elsewhere on the property. Fridge did NOT work, smelled like it was in a pool of clorox!!! Last but not least ROACHES! I found atleast 4 roaches throughout my 2 night stay. (night stand, drawers, bathroom) The only reason why I did not saying anything I did not find it worth it arguing over a room where im sure the rest are the same & i was only staying for a day and a half. PERFECT location, but will never come back.

Outstanding accommodations and service - worth booking again.

The room was spacious, comfortable, easily accessible, and close to everything I needed to conduct my bushiness. The hotel was lively, fun, and loaded with patrons. Each room was immaculate, the staff were not only helpful, but flexible and genuinely concerned with the contentedness of their guests. Very pleasant stay and will book again going forward
